This movie is about Pushpa Raj's journey and the clash between the hero and villain. It stars Allu Arjun, Fahadh Faasil, and Rashmika Mandanna. Allu Arjun was amazing as Pushpa, with his wild and confident style. Fahadh Faasil played a psychopath well, but his character wasn't written strongly. Rashmika Mandanna gave a great performance, and even though her role was small, she made it well, especially in one single shot in the pooja sequence.
The movie has many exciting moments that the audience will love. It's technically very well-made. The second half was especially good, with every scene being interesting and engaging. The movie sets up some events early on and pays them off well later, like the setup for an item song in the first half that gets an exciting payoff in the second half, which excited the audience.
The opening scene felt unnecessary and unclear. The first half of the movie felt inconsistent. It started well but was slowed down by unnecessary glamour, songs, and long scenes that could have been edited out. A tighter edit would have made the movie more exciting. Also, the movie feels like it was forced into having a sequel. While the first part needed a second part, this one felt unnecessary. This trend of forcing sequels in many big movies is hurting storytelling, and I hope it ends soon.
Overall, I liked the movie. It's a good watch for families, but some scenes might need parental guidance.

This movie is about a mentally disturbed man and his love. When I watched it, my reaction was "Wow, wow, wow!" Kamal Haasan didn't just play the character-he truly became the character. He does this in every film, but this one is one of his best and most memorable performances.
I still can't believe how the writer created this story and how it was filmed in 1992. The whole team trusted the concept and executed it brilliantly. If a movie like this were released today, the audience would understand it, but 30 years ago, it was groundbreaking. It may not be futuristic, but it's a very mature film in both writing and direction. The cave sequence is a major highlight of the film-it's incredibly dangerous, as not all of it was filmed on location. The cave was risky to shoot in, and after the movie was released, it became famous. The cave was even named "Guna Caves" by the government or local village authorities.
One more interesting detail: in early 2024, a movie called Manjumal Boys was released, which was inspired by true events and the Guna movie. That film is also a masterpiece, and if you have time, I highly recommend watching it.
The writing of Guna is very difficult because there are no quick cuts or flashbacks. The writer conveyed every important detail carefully through the script, and the actors communicated it through their performances. Both the writer and the actors did an excellent job in this film.
If I start talking about this movie, I could go on for hours, but I'll keep it brief. This film is an important part of Indian cinema, and if you're an aspiring writer, you should watch it at least 5-10 times to learn from it.
Personally, I love this film. With parental guidance, it's a must-watch for everyone.

This movie is about the lifestyle of a common man. It stars Dulquer Salmaan and Meenakshi Chaudhary, and both did a great job in their roles. Meenakshi's character was especially well-written, and she acted really well. I hope more actresses get roles like this in the future. The music by G. V. Prakash was a big plus for the movie.
The movie focuses a lot on the characters, and the writing was really good. Every character, not just the main one, had an important role in the story. The non-linear way the story was told fit the movie perfectly and worked very well.
The story isn't completely new, but the way it was presented felt fresh. The world of the movie was interesting, with conflicts, share markets, and business themes. I've seen these things in other movies, but this one combined them in a unique way.
I didn't notice anything negative about the film. Everything was done well, and the screenplay kept me hooked from start to finish. I really enjoyed the movie, and I think it's a great one to watch with your family.
