I suspect that it was written, directed, produced, and filmed by an 8-year-old child. It also appears to be entirely acted by 8 year old children except many of the actors were adults and some of the "children" were actually adults. Very hard to follow the dialog due to poor sound quality (apparently English dubbed in over German). Unfortunately there were no sub-titles. Maybe it makes more sense in German. It felt like watching Mrs. Snyder's 4th grade class play.
