I love the Exorcist movies. I love the book by William Peter Blatty. I think Father Merrin is a great character and I have been looking forward to this film for a very long time. I was not suprised by the attacks that this movie got by a lot of critics and I can honestly say I did not agree at all. I LIKED THIS MOVIE A LOT! I thought it was scary, well acted, very well paced, and very good overall. If you are an Exoricst fan then I recommend this movie! THe only real complaint I have is that it did not have the catchy exorcist theme music that is in parts one and three although it is used in the trailers. There are some very scary parts in this movie. I think Renny Harlin did a good job directing and I am very curious to see Paul Schrader's version if it ever gets released. So overall I would say Exorcist:The Begining is an 8/10

I watched the premiere of Tru Calling last night and it was pretty good. I am not sure if this show will last because its time slot sucks(between survivor and friends) but I plan to watch it anyway( I will tape it because it is on opposite Survivor) The only thing I am concerned about is that if every episode is the same formula of Tru going back in time a day then the show will get old quickly. However, I will give it a shot and see what it will do. Eliza Dushku is great! I have been a fan of her work since she was in That Night. If you are a sci-fi/horror fan give Tru Calling a try before its too late!

WOW!!!!!! This is the one of the best Gay movies ever made. The leads are fantastic and Linda Henry as the mother is oscar worthy. The story made me cry(and even made my straight friends cry too) A must see especially if you are just coming out of the closet yourself 4 STARS!!!
