Saw (2009)
SAWing down the middle.
Am I a fan of the SAW series?...YES! And did I like this game...YES! So fans of best horror series of all time (my opinion) give this a try! I don't like to spoil story lines, but I'm straining not to give anything away. All I'm saying is it takes place in the middle of Saw 1 and Saw 2, you take control as Detective David Tapp from the first movie played my Danny Glover. The story was amazing as a Saw movie giving the makers James Wan and Leigh Whannell had wrote it. The music wasn't conducted by Charlie Clouser, but it fit the mood and motions. The graphics are astounding and the gore is gut-wrenching. Tobin Bell's voice brings beautiful sound to the soundtrack creating a great scale of menacing terror. It joins the SAW family greatly, so fans BUY it...new to the series give it a rent...and play the game.

Medal of Honor (2010)
A polished Medal Of Honor
I never really focused on the Medal of Honor series, but this one was breathtaking. I enjoyed the characters, the story, and the graphics. It's probably the most adrenaline-filled war game I have ever played. The characters were very interesting and you felt for them and the war they were fighting. The graphics were nice, but got buggy and glichy, a little, but not often. The story was straight-forward and amazing, filled with action-packed moments. It's has the saddest ending I've encoutered with emotion. It doesn't take no time to die, but that's cool which, makes it fill real. I think it's top Call of Duty for me. Because it has found a challenge in "gaming warfare".

F.3.A.R. (2011)
F.E.A.R. buckets of blood.
When I heard about this sequel, I was surprised and wondered how can they can make this more creepy then F.E.A.R. 2's ending? Well, the answer is they pulled out all the stops on this one making it the bloody and craziest installment in a series I have ever played and encountered. F.E.A.R 3 is a bloody good time and a very fun co-op. The story was strange but in a Gothic fun way. You can be placed in the badass blood boots of the Point Man (which a very great update on his facial features), or the insane Paxton Fettel. Both from the first game. The shocks and jolts in the story shows that the writers will do whatever they can to make you unaware of who will die and who will live. The mood and texture were very detailed to pour dread upon players and place them in a angry atmosphere of evil. The problems I had were the game lack the scares the first two games tried so hard to deliver. I felt the game was to short and that they could have mashed some more story into it. But otherwise, the single player story was a little creepy, but not scary. The co-op was probably the funniest I've played this year. Fettel attacks are pretty bloody for first person view, and the combos they both do makes a satisfied gorefest! 8.0/10
Dead Space 2 (2011)
The best sequel in gaming since Silent Hill 2!
I have been looking forward to this sequel for a while! Dead Space 2 is mind-blowing! My review for the first game fits with this one. The characters were astonishing. I haven't seen this much development in characters ever. Isaac Clarke's development was amazing! His badass style from the first game is topped with his super badass on here. The graphics were just impressive an also more focused from the first game. The creatures did the job and scared me so bad I had bricks of crap everywhere. The atmosphere was more darker to fit with Isaac's tone and sanity. The action sequences were the edge-of-your-seat style. Just everything about this game was breath-taking and I recommend it to every horror fan. And also holds an unforgettable ending that will make you play it over and over. Fingers crossed for a sequel.

Dead Space (2008)
Epic bloody time
The best SCARY space game ever. This tops most of the horror titles in gaming. Not that I'm saying the other games are bad, I'm just saying this is different and unique. This game has horror, story, characters, and gore. I have not felt so attracted to a space game, but man...this is awesome! The characters are solid, Issac Clarke is just an engineer, just one man that just fixes freaking ships goes against a thousand aliens...(badass). I like the other characters too, the facial and mouth moving are great. The story is epic, I mean epic to the bone! Don't want to spoil anything. Graphics are superb, even in the void of space! The aliens were great, they did their job to scare the sh!t out of me. This is one of the games that you can describe with one word: Unforgettable! 10/10
Blacksite: Area 51 (2007)
Ultra alien rail shooter.
This game was a difficult review for me. I am a big fan of alien games. I did like this game. It isn't the sharpest tool in the shed, but it delivers. The characters were pretty cool to know, but they start down sliding in the last act. The environments are nice to look at, but we've seen them to much. Enemies start off good, but then they get repetitive. I not talking bad about the game, it's just it could of gave us a lot more thrills. The creatures were nicely detailed to but you see then far to much. The shooting is like Area 51 meets Call of Duty style. But all and all I had fun with what they gave me.

Army of Two: The 40th Day (2010)
Pretty good co-op player.
Most people told me this game was bad. I was a fan of the first game, so I tried this one out. It's a decent game for friends to get together and have fun. For single player it's starts off good but gets boring fast. The graphics were good on the characters, but the destruction graphics were kind of cheesy. I enjoyed the story and the choices they gave you. Tons of enemies were in this game, so if your a aggressive kind of shooter, there is tons of henchmen and gore to satisfy your taste. Rios is always my personal favorite, his character was solid and very tough. Elliot has changed slightly from the first game, a lot of tattoos and more reckless fun.
Single player: 7.5/10 Multiplayer: 8.0/10
Alan Wake (2010)
Best Compelling Game Ever!
This is the best game I have played in a while. Every detail and points in this game is extremely polished. The story is the most hard to put down plot I have seen in a LONG time. The character development are really great: Alan Wake is my favorite character so far in gaming. The gameplay is solid, it makes this character feel real and in danger; he's a writer not a action hero. The environments are detailed every inch of the way. It's like you are in the game. Just personally I love this game to the bone. This is definitely one of the best games I have ever played in my life time. Just go out and buy it full price. The compelling of this game is so intense that I was scared. This is a master piece! Please, give me a great follow-up to this.
10/10 Greatness
Alone in the Dark (2008)
A decent action-thriller adventure
This game I have been wanting since it's release back in 2008. I finally got my hands on it and have beaten the story. This game isn't all that bad as many people say it is. The only problems that bothered me were getting use to the controls (which took a couple of missions), and a few glitches. But besides that, this is one of the challenging games I have ever played. It took me 56 times just to beat the car mission. Did I get angry? Yes, I not going to lie. You need patience to play this game. I enjoyed it. It wasn't what I expected it to be, but it did have a good story. The game's plot is a journey worth pursuing. The story was very entertaining and I liked the main character. The music score was fantastic. It fit the mood of the intense action scenes and thrills. The gameplay was a little different from other games, but you get use to it. It's fun to play a game with different controls then play other games which have the same controls. The monsters were very detailed, the demon-like-zombie guys were cool (but put up a challenge), the fire effects were stunning. You just got to take a good look at what the game is. It's one of the best game I played in the last decade. I want a sequel.

The Collector (2009)
A very great horror film!
I watch this not so long ago and was blown away. When I first heard about this movie I strongly thought it was stupid. But after sitting down and watching this I was truly amazed. This shows us how horror movies should be made. It had one best horror hero and villain ever. The hero of this film is great, it gives us reason why he is doing what he is. Then you have "The Collector" a treacherous villain is secertly detailed, which is brilliant. Now, the story was great. It never let me down one bit. When I watched it, the reason I had to was because of the writers of SAW. But now the story gave me great reason and the tagline "He always take one" is so sickly geniuos it's perfect. I wouldn't mind to have a sequel.
The Hunted (2003)
Really intense thriller...
This movie was excellent. The gritty atmosphere of this story is astounding. The graphics and stunts was very real and kept you on the edge-of-your seat. It throw much of an impact then most post-war movies do. This actual shows the back story of how his missions was his downfall and shows how he acted after, which leaves a strong grip on the story. It was very detailed and dazzling performances by Del Toro and Jones. The plot was thick with amazing, the directing was solid and slick, the characters were ones you can never forget how their experiences took place. This movie showed me why "some men must be found".
Saw 3D (2010)
An unforgettable franchise...
This movie was Great! Only fans would love this ending. I went and watched it last weekend in 3D. To me it was probably up there with the first one. I'm still stunned by the end. The acting was great, The traps were clever, The new characters were acceptable for the SAW universe. The 3D was amazing...I didn't expect it to make Saw look great. All the questions were answered greatly. Jigsaw is now the best anti-hero ever. SAW is the best horror series to erupt into an unforgettable franchise. The die hard fans of this series will deeply love this movie. This has been the biggest treat for Halloween to me. I went in expecting to have 3D ruin the story of my favorite series...but it made it more enjoyable then I thought. It was really clever and ingenious. Now here for the past 7 years, our Halloween tradition of this series never failed to show us how clever it was.
