Dr. Daniella Upton (Barbara Crampton) visits the morgue of the psychiatric hospital where she works, and the coroner shows the just arrived smashed corpse. Then she visits a cell, where the killer is locked up. She is her friend, Dr. Elizabeth "Beth" Derby (Heather Graham), who begs her to destroy the brain of her victim. Daniella questions her and she tells the story of what happened to her. Dr. Elizabeth Derby is a psychiatrist, married with Edward "Eddie" Derby (Johnathon Schaech) and living in a comfortable house in the suburbs. After her last session at her office, Beth is preparing to go home when a young man named Asa Waite (Judah Lewis) begs to talk to her. He says that he read her book about traveling out of the body and claims that her father uses his body. When he receives a phone call from his father, he has a seizure and changes his behavior. Elizabeth believes Asa is schizophrenic and feels attracted by him. During the night, she fantasizes having sex with Asa, instead of with her husband. On the next morning, she goes to Asa's address and meets his father Ephraim Waite (Bruce Davison), who is very sick, agonizing and she helps him by giving him a pill for his cardiac problem. During the night, Elizabeth receives a phone call from Asa and drives to his house. She finds Ephraim dying and Asa asks her not to help his father, but she gives his pills for him. Asa says that they must destroy his brain; otherwise, he will possess Asa's body. But Ephraim says some words and possesses Asa's body and has sex with Elizabeth. On the next day, he possesses Elizabeth's body and has kinky sex with Eddie. Now Elizabeth learns that Asa was telling the truth. She also discovers that the only way to get rid of the evil Ephraim is killing him and destroying his brain. But the police stopped her before the brain is destroyed. Soon Daniella will find that her friend is not crazy.
"Suitable Flesh" (2023) is an underrated horror movie by Shudder. The plot os switching bodies was greatly shown in "Fallen" (1998). "Suitable Flesh" has great storyline and well-developed screenplay, and a magnificent cast with Heather Graham, Barbara Crampton, Bruce Davison among others. The conclusion is expected and does not surprise the viewer. My vote is seven.

The Indian-American Samidha "Sam" (Megan Suri) is a rebel teenager that confronts her mother Poorna (Neeru Bajwa), who wants her to follow the culture and traditions of their old country. Her father Inesh (Vik Sahay) understands her need of assimilating the American culture and not be outcast at the high school. She rejects her former best friend Tamira (Mohana Krishnan) and flirts with the handsome American teenager Russ (Gage Marsh). When the outcast Tamira has a strange behavior, carrying a jar everywhere, the teacher Joyce (Betty Gabriel) asks Sam if Tamira is fine, and Sam answers that she believes she is. On the next day, Tamira asks Sam to help her saying that there is an entity inside the jar. The arrogant Sam breaks the jar, and Tamira has a panic attack and goes missing. Sam finds a journal written in a weird language and dreadful drawings. When Poorna organizes a prayer for Tamira with her friends, Sam leaves the event to date Russ. They head of the derelict house of Karan, and Indian-American teenager that committed suicide with his family, and Sam sees the drawing of a creepy creature on the wall. She remembers that the journal has the same drawing. Sam has dreadful nightmares during the nights. When they return to Karam's house, Russ is killed by a creature and the police believe a wild animal killed him. Sam discloses to Joyce what happened to Russ and she, and asks her to research the drawing of the creature. Soon Joyce finds that the creature is the demon Pishach, which feeds off fear, unhappiness and negative energy. Now Sam tells her mother what is happening, and they try to lure the demon to lock him in a jar. Will their plan succeed?
"It Lives Inside" (2023) is a horror film with potential that could be better. There are several creepy moments and the plot is not bad, based on Indian culture. However, the goggle-eyed lead actress Megan Suri is weak, keeping her eyes wide open in most dangerous situations to express fear. She is not charismatic along with the plot and the viewer does not care about her. The actress that performs Tamira, Mohana Krishnan, is sweeter and most attractive. The conclusion with Pishach, living inside Sam, is not good. The demon should have been locked in a jar or defeated Sam and Tamira instead. My vote is six.

He asks his mistress, the prostitute Sheryl Marie Mott (Winona Ryder), to show Danny T's lawyer his findings aiming that his gang distributes his drugs. However, his plans go awry and do not work the way he planned.
Jason Statham is the best action actor presently and "Homefront" (2013) is one of his best movies, The storyline is great; the cast is magnificent, with names such as James Franco, Wynona Ryder, Clancy Brown, Kate Bosworth, Frank Grillo, Rachelle Lefevre, but who steals the movie is Izabela Vidovic with her charming performance. The direction of Gary Fleder is excellent, as usual, and surprisingly Sylvester Stallone's screenplay is very good. Kate Bosworth is surprisingly excessive thin and perfect in the role of a drug addicted woman that cause all the troubles to the characters in the plot because of children's fight. My vote is eight.
