Wow what a nice surprise!!! Came across this movie on a flight and I love Zac Efron so I decided to watch this. This movie reminded me of the good old comedies from 15-20 years ago - comedies that were actually funny and didn't worry about being politically correct. John Cena was phenomenal (had no idea how funny he could be) and I laughed out loud so many times during this movie. It was really well done and makes you feel good. I didn't want it to end because that's how much fun I was having. The supporting actors were really funny too. Highly recommend watching it!!! I will definitely be watching this again.

I love all dog movies- the trailer made this one look vulgar with a lot of cursing and I didn't think it would be good so I skipped it at the theater. They also marketed this as not a movie for kids - it's not for young kids but preteens and older can definitely watch this. I randomly watched it on peacock today. Wow - it's a wonderful and entertaining dog movie that made me laugh and cry! Highly recommend watching this if you're a dog lover and love dog movies. The voices are spot on especially Will Ferrell - he nails the role. Hope they make a sequel! It left me wanting more of the dog gang :)

I don't get how they failed so badly with this movie. They took a bunch of brilliant actors who I have seen excel in other shows (such as Fauda) and made this movie that just doesn't work. I think the biggest mistake was having everyone (Israelis, arabs) speaking in English to each other. It takes away so much authenticity from the movie. They should have just let everyone speak in their own languages and that's it. The way they speak when it's in English just feels so fake and takes away from the acting. There's minimal character development, too little action and you don't get invested in any of the characters. This had SO much potential but utterly failed. I love movies and shows in this genre and couldn't believe the other reviews but they were spot on sadly :(
