This was seriously my life as a child growing up! I first saw this movie with my parents when I was 5 and clearly didn't understand really anything, but I loved the music! I'm now 15 and have owned the CD since I was probably 5-6 years old and asked for the DVD for my 7th birthday! I still love listening to the music and know every word to every song because I've listened to this music for about 10 years now, and I still do all of the time.

It's such a good movie, but I literally saw it 100 times as a child, so now I'm kind of sick of watching it, but I will never be sick of the music! What makes Grease is the music! I love musicals and yes I like the actual storyline and all but the best part is the music! A must see! You will love it!

Honestly, I just randomly gave it a vote. You really can't vote on how good this movie is. Yes I mean it was a very typical Disney channel movie, but I was in elementary school when this movie came out, and everybody my age including myself was obsessed with it; I couldn't even count the amount of times that I watched this movie.

If you've never seen this movie and you're over the age of lets say 12, you're probably not going to like it. This was my childhood though and everybody loved the music and I owned the movie and CD and would always listen to the music. Everyone would watch it and would watch the sing alongs on Disney channel, because I was probably 8 when this movie came out and I am now 15 and Disney channel was everyones life and childhood, so I could never give this movie a bad review, but I really don't know what to give it out of 10 so I just gave it a 7.

High school musical is a Disney movie where you can really only like it if you were young like me when it came out. I haven't seen this movie in forever, and I watched it the other day and still pretty much remember all of the words to every song!

Event though I did not grow up with this show, even in 2013 it is still airs every morning on TV on some channel. I love this show and have been watching it since I was in elementary school, and I still watch the re runs even though I have already seen all of the episodes before. If you're into shows like the Cosby show, full house, the nanny, boy meets world, etc., this is such a good show to watch! I did not grow up with any of the shows that I listed but I love and watch them all! I would definitely recommend this show, it is and I think always will be one of my favorite TV shows. I would truly disregard any comments about the bad acting and poorly written scripts because it's a show about teenagers in high school, and in my opinion, the script matched it perfectly (I am currently a sophomore in high school)! A must watch!
