A mindless, boring, plodding, laborious movie that has the thinnest of plots and the weak acting to complement the boredom involved in watching it. If this had been a 10-minute short it would have been pushing its envelope. You might expect this was the the directors first movie from its lacks. Yes, as a direct to video independent film you can expect it to be produced on a low budget, but you should not have to find yourself wishing it over early on in the film. Even when it did end there was no satisfaction as I found myself then wondering, "Is that it?" Even the "extras" were bad... I can do without a reading of the full text of "The Night Before Christmas" which mercifully was cut to a shorter edition in the actual movie.
Problem is the script is dreadfully lengthy, the acting is weak, and the direction is poor so walk away from this film before wishing for your time and your money back.

Just a fun movie! Some lines in this one caused me to laugh so hard I thought that crying would come next. Enjoy it with some friends that appreciate a campy comedy. The cast does not seem to have a lot of "previous experience" under their belts and it is my understanding that some of them are the acting students of Skye Aubrey (who plays Delilah Leigh). Jamey Schrick (Bhuvan Bannerji) and J.R. Jones (Devin Leigh) have only this movie listed as credits despite having two of the major roles in the film. Both of their performances are quite good and they convincingly play the parts. So hop on the Bannerji Hollywood tour bus (aka a VW Microbus) and visit the hilarity.
I watched this film before I checked the rating here on iMDb. For that small bit of luck I am most happy.... The existing rating of 4.7 (when I checked) grossly underrates the enjoyment I got watching this film. It is a terribly cute comedy with good acting and a funny story line. It may not be the most believable story line, I will grant you, but for entertainment it certainly is just fine. As far as "gay themed" movies, I certainly rank it among the most watchable comedies that I have managed to view.
