In 1989 WB gave us back the Batman of yore. This was the mysterious force of nature who frightened criminals and who used scare tactics to even the odds. Now for some reason, since The Batman is tied up in Movies and an abandoned shared universe, we can't have a TV version. So, we get to have young Bruce, older Robin and this piece of garbage. Honestly, if Batwoman rescues or faces down more hit chick, then goes in close like she is going to kiss her ONE MORE TIME, I will be done with this series.
I get it, she's a lesbian, and we have to have at least one on every show. However, do we have to have our noses rubbed in it?
Batman is about justice! Batwoman could learn from her cousin and stay on target. Also, lets have her fight some crime instead of immediately going into a personal arc against her sister.
Honestly, just shell out the money to stream "Titans" and you can see a good superhero show. No token characters just fairly faithful characters and villains.
I heard of this show on Facebook. I went ahead and watched the first episode and every one of them since. Basically, Wil Wheaton gets together with other movie stars and figures from geekdom and plays a board-game. They show highlights the game rules and the progress made while showing Wil and his pals having a great Friday night. Every friend who I have turned on to this series has become a follower of the series. I look forward to it each (other) week. The production is slick and the rules are generally explain well enough that one could go and buy the game and play it immediately. Side Note: I went to my local game shop to look at one of the games featured (Tsuro) but it had sold out over the weekend, the manager sited the program as the reason. So, if you have 30 minutes to spend every other week and you are a gamer or perhaps you want to understand a gamer, check this out!
