Buttcrack takes every convention that we have seen tirelessly of zombie films, and totally scraps them in favor of a brilliantly original redefining of the genre. The dialog is hilarious, the acting is perfect, the soundtrack rocks, and the story is amazing! I can't say enough good things about Buttcrack. Yes, it's low budget, but that doesn't mean the budget wasn't well spent. If you haven't seen it, see it. Watch the dvd with the director's commentary after seeing it straight without, and then with the producer's. Absorb everything you can of Buttcrack. Make it a part of you.
