The Sarah Jane Adventures (2007)
Erm...
I like Elisabeth Sladen. Yeah, she's cool. I liked Series One and Two of SJA, (with the exception of The Mark of the Beserker) but Series Three is just BAD.
They've taken a great actress, a great show and given both of them a seriously annoying load of stories, The Wedding of Sarah Jane Smith being the worst out of the lot of them. Yes, there were some funny lines in that episode, and that goes for all of them, but Sarah Jane getting married, seeing her past (and future) and heading for Antartica with a supersoaker loading with vinegar?
That has GOT to be the worst series yet. But I do like Sarah Jane's outfits.
Mad Money (2008)
Mad Money is now my favourite film.
I love it. But I have a question to all those people out there who: 1. Think Diane Keaton is awful and 'should give acting up' 2. Think the whole movie is rubbish
WHY?! I mean, OK, it's very unlikely this would happen, but every one thought going to the moon would be stupid right? But it did happen didn't it?
It was enjoyable, funny, sexy, serious and a good way to spend 2 hours on a Sunday afternoon when you're bored. Most of Bridget's lines cracked me up, especially 'Do you live in America?' or 'That could be your savings account!' 'I don't think so. It has money in it.' I only watched it because it had Diane Keaton in it, but after about 20-30 minutes, I started to realise this isn't such a bad film after all.
Because I Said So (2007)
Do not watch this if you want anything to do with a good film.
What happened here?! I really like Diane, but this film makes me think how her talent is being wasted on a load of crap that hardly anyone likes. Because I Said So is annoying, stupid, retarded and silly. The beginning is completely pointless and there are way too many weddings in it.
I loathe Stephen Collins. He deserved to be in this awful movie. I loathe Mandy Moore, but she didn't deserve to be in this movie, even though SHE should have been nominated for the Razzie, not Diane.
This film is not real. Come on, a six/seven year old boy knowing what a vagina is and telling every woman that they have one is really dumb.
I blame: the producers the script writers the whole damn studio, apart from the cast. They deserve credit.
Father of the Bride Part II (1995)
I loved it, but one thing bothered me...
I enjoyed this movie: Diane Keaton is my favourite actress, Steve Martin always makes me laugh and Martin Short is great, but I felt really sorry for Keaton having to pretend to be pregnant. She didn't seem to be enjoying it and when the Banks were at the hospital, she actually looked rather bored, because whenever she spoke from the moment George protested about the doctor's name, she almost made it sound like she was in a maths lesson.
Apart from that, it was great! I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys watching Martin, Keaton or Short in a movie or who likes to laugh. 9/10 because of the little problem, but it was great. I loved it.
Mama's Boy (2007)
Because I Said So is practically an Oscar-worthy film compared to this mess
I like Diane Keaton. In fact, she's my favourite actress. But this annoying movie makes her almost unlikable. I saw Because I Said So and thought I enjoyed the movie until I watched it on Sky Movies and realised how bad it is. Then, after that I saw this rubbish. It made me want to strangle everyone in it, including Keaton. No, wait, especially Keaton. I wanted to dump her head in my horse's muck. It's got good actors and actresses in it, and they all tried their best, but nothing can ever make me like this film at all, not in a million years. Try Mad Money, The Family Stone or Something's Gotta Give if you want a good Diane Keaton movie, but don't watch this if you want to be impressed. No, really, don't watch it at all even if you like rubbish movies. Keaton even said herself the movie wasn't that good...
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
The Family Stone (2005)
I laughed and I cried, and I enjoyed it.
One point I laughed too much. And it wasn't meant to be funny. The bit after Meredith (the bighead) 'insults' Sybil (the left thinker) by saying 'The world is hard enough, and you wouldn't wish that your children would be gay', or something like that, and Sybil flips, Kelly says 'Sybil,'and Sybil says 'Don't Sybil me,', I literally rolled on the floor with laughter. I have no idea why I find it so funny, every time I watch it, I have to rewind it and watch it again! I enjoyed The Family Stone as it had my favourite actress in it and had a good plot. With the legdendary Diane Keaton as fiery matriarch Sybil, Rachel McAdams as youngest daughter Amy and Dermot Mulroney as eldest Everett, I loved every minute of it. The only three people I found annoying were Sarah Jessica Parker, Claire Danes and Craig T Nelson. They really annoyed me and I don't know why. I think it might be because every one else seemed to be a bit different to a normal family, because Meredith (SJP) is just like my brother's girlfriend and Kelly (Craig T Nelson) is almost the same as my cousin's dad. Cancer plays a small part in The Family Stone, but I found it really silly that Sybil, one of the most 'firey' people in the movie had to have it.
