I wasn't sure I was going to like this. Not so much in to trans movies and the prior reviews were mixed. I thought I would give it a chance and I ended up really liking it.
I think one reason I enjoyed it more than some reviewers was because I had not read the book and I really did not know what to expect.
The story unfolded so genuinely. Everything felt very real. And Carlitos was beautiful and sweet. He was an honorable person too which made him even more attractive.
So, I'd recommend everyone watch this, particularly if you have not read the book because it looks like reading the book spoils the movie for the viewer,

Not sure why this short was given this title. And if I had to title it, i don't know what I what I would call it.
A story about an unfeeling boss that leaves her employee unable to take care of her personal needs. She has a difficult job and appears to be stuck. I kept waiting for some kind of payoff and it never came. I was disappointed.
I suppose the actors were fine enough. The terrible state of the residence was never explained. Obviously the employer was wealthy enough to hire staff, why were the surroundings so unseemly?
Nothing else to say about this short. Four stars, not more. Five more characters to meet IMDb requirements.
