It truly is the best movie I have seen in 2009 in Malayalam. It truly shows we still have quality artists in Malayalam. Excellent story telling, script, movie making and everything. I still cant get them out of my mind. Bridge, Makal, Nostalgia, Puramkazhchakal were extra-ordinary story telling. Island express is also worth mentioning.

All ten stories put together is an excellent choice, and reflection of the diversity one come across, as we move around in real life. Nostalgia has hit the right cords of a typical expat - beautiful, Bridge was very disturbing but excellent story telling, so was Makal, the end was absolutely stunning, even though one was kind expecting such a turn it still raced your adrenaline, and emotions.

Its a true mind stirrer !!! That was much more than one would expect from directors like Shaji Kilas, who I usually despair. Hope More comes out of kerala, Directors like these are an Asset whom I thought didn't exist after Barathan, lohithadas, padmarajan etc.

I recently been home with so much enthusiasm after reading the review in IMDb and hearing a lot from friends took myself and my family to the movie. I should say Hariharan has made much better movies with much less effort than claimed for this movie. The story far from being true to history MT failed to reach any where near the standards he set himself with movies like Vadakkan Veera Gatha. The stunts are awful, editing was worse compared to any modern movies. The whole movie is made around killing each character ie., 30 minute to kill each person and Pazhassi in the end added some masala in the beginning, towards the end I really felt like walking out. Sharath has done well in the movie (may be better than mamooty) which is the only positive note, and may be the sound is good too. Watch movie with very little to expect, to me it was a bad story (script)and story telling, poor picture making and false history. Happened to watch Keral Cafe as well - Shows Malayalees can still make excellent movies 10 stars there !!!!!

I truly expected better script from MT,very disappointing for die hard fan of MT.
