The Concorde... Airport '79 (1979)
Shocked by low rating
It's stupid fun idk why this got all of the hate. Sure it's flawed in many aspects but I enjoyed it a lot. Maybe the flaws made it feel very fresh for me. I think this a hidden gem and I won't care the mid 00s elitist ratings and spread the love for it.
Army of the Dead (2021)
No plot no identity big mess
What's up with increasing number of movies with identity crisis? I couldn't tell if this movie was wanting to be like Zombieland or Walking Dead. Couldn't connect any of the characters so couldn't care about the unnecessary drama and why would you waste your cgi budget in the intro for 5 minutes then only show boring indoor shots like a tv show? Who planed this mess? Such a waste of resource. My respects and 4 point to all of the staff and hard workers but creative direction you failed big time. One of the worst I've seen this year.
Inrang (2018)
Kdrama prologue with Wolfenstein + Killzone aesthetic
Slow pace and unnecessary romanticism made it your classic boring kdrama prologue. Don't get me wrong most kdramas starts slow but picks up later. For this one it tried that with ridiculous but fun gunfights but it still fell short. I have to admit Hyojoo's visuals were breathtaking and made the slow pace more bearable.
Mile 22 (2018)
Awkward try hard failure
Fight scenes were good gun fights were okay. Plot wasn't even there. Couldn't build up a proper plot twist cause characters weren't given any soul either. Could have been better If this was fully comedy intended like Red movies. Also please never use wig on a legendary actor ever again.
Bloodshot (2020)
Particul simulation fest
Fun to watch. Great cgi fest but just a Universal Soldier knock-off.
Conan the Destroyer (1984)
Incredble for rpg fans
Whole movie feels like a dnd campaign from plot to action scenes. It can be read as a dnd session. I loved it better than the first one. Production was incredible too. Very underrated.
Maximum Risk (1996)
Great Pyrotechnics
It's hard to see good fire use on tv or cinema nowadays. They almost gonna light candles with cgi. This was a breth of fresh air.
Pacing is not that great but still a fun action flick.
The Midnight Sky (2020)
When sci-fi became just a decor?
When are we going to enjoy a new real sci-fi movie? Why all became human dramas in sci-fi settings. It's just sad. At least we still have the classics.
Addition: I hate that Felicity Jones got old.
Alarm für Cobra 11 (1996)
Alarm für Cobra 11 x Arka Sokaklar crossover needs to be happen
These two legendary series deserves a crossover event.
Plot example: Semir comes to Turkey for a holiday and finds himself in trouble. He met with Riza baba and his team then they'll have to chase to criminals back to Germany for some reason. Action rolls out and at the end of 3 episode of collab they end a global crime organization.
Make it happen.
Unfriended: Dark Web (2018)
Total Cringe 2.0
Do i even have to write why it's too cringey? Come on...
Check The Scene on YT/SceneInformation if you want to watch a more realistic OG version of this.
Edit: lol at downvotes. Must be producers lol.
The 100: Anaconda (2020)
Compressed Mess
This season is a mistake. Only blind fanboys would give this a 10/10. It's beyond garbage at this point. Trying so hard to compress many canceled seasons into one and failing as hard is just sad.
Godzilla (1998)
Worst Godzilla Movie Ever
If it was a comedy movie i would have ranked it higher. Jean Reno was the only good thing about this movie rest was garbage. To the people who say "don't think about it as a Godzilla movie" We love Godzilla and if they waste it on a garbage script it's our right the bash the movie just get on with it.
Warrior Nun (2020)
Cringefest
Total crap writing lazy effort. Don't waste your time.
Karakomik Filmler: Emanet (2020)
Underwhelming and outdated
The message given in this one is already outdated. People mostly care social media fame nowadays. There will be always people who watch tv religiously sure but that kind of people not going to watch a Cem Yilmaz movie in the first place so it's pointless and little late to go with this story. All of the Karakomik titles were all over the place yet still hopeful for the next full length feature from Cem Yilmaz. I believe he can do much better focusing on only one and polishing it into a masterpiece.
The Last of Us: Part II (2020)
This is a masterpiece art. GOTY easy.
Every open minded non-hater agrees that this will get goty easy. Go mad haters.
Edit after game awards: lol stay mad haters. It is GOTY.
Vicdan (2008)
Random clips put together
Cash grab effort under a lazy false artsy mask. Never seen such a badly directed and edited movie before. Feel bad for the actors.
Extraction (2020)
Amazing stunts, ok acting, ok cgi & sound, cringe script, no plot
Also holywood i know you all about stereotypes but please don't be lazy-cheap about cultural correctness. It's annoying.
Karakomik Filmler: 2 Arada (2019)
Its in the title.
Why people expected this one has to be comedy or has to be funny is plain stupid. I guess people just love hating those days. Indeed it was a very experimental movie and I wished it was the only one so it could have been polished more but still build up to the ending was so great and rewarding. Just keep your walk Cem brother we hear you, we get you.
Canim Ailem (2008)
Ultimate Turkish family show
A timeless classic among Turkish series yet somehow very underrated popularity wise. Great acting, great directing combined with heart melting simple yet very sincere story that makes you care for the characters. This is subjective, but for me it is the successor of "Ikinci Bahar" You must watch it my fellow Turkish brothers and sisters. Oh, I almost forgot, the music is so incredibly infact, I am listening to it while I am writing this review. Respects to everyone who worked on this project. Thank you all.
Edit: Why would anyone downwote this? People full of hate these days.
