Actually this movie had built at 1991. Beautiful movie like all movies of Darius Mehrjui. A memorable movie with good acting. Ezzatollah Entezami in a different way. also I enjoyed Khosro Shakibai. Bita Farahi A woman that finally understand that she never could rely on people. There is just one thing to rely on. No one else can help us. She understood that she should cut hope off all people. At the end she goes to find god. She moves to Mashhad A holy city of Iran. I had seen most of Mehrjui's works but not this one. I didn't knew Banoo is such good. Similar with Hamoun and Pari in some ways. I recommend this movie for all who enjoy Hamoun.

First I watched this movie when I was about 10 years old. After watching again after about 12 years I see that I understood nothing that time. I just remembered some scenes also I knew how it would end.

We can see a lot about Persian traditions in this movie like other works of Ali Hatami. Old houses and families live together. And also couples who eat food in the same plate. I don't think anybody live like this in Iran now. Behrouz Vosoughi was amazing. A different act as a crazy brother. Scenes where he is talking to himself are great.

Great Dialogues is an important characteristics of Hatami's movies. I love dialogs of this movie.

I had watched this movie two times. But I decided to watch again this movie after about 8 years. This time I enjoy even more despite I knew all the story. Nobody can watch this movie without crying even if it's not the first time seeing movie. I didn't know Faramarz Gharibian had part in this movie. Another great acting by Behrouz Vosoughi. I enjoyed the music. This movie had some limitations. They wanted Farhad to sing for that song but they didn't permitted. Also I think they change the poem of song. really beautiful music. Friendship Persian style. Lot of touching scenes. I think this is the best movie about addiction and maybe best Persian movie(in my opinion yes). I recommend this movie.
