Expected better role and presence for Manoj Bajpai sir. Director hasn't used him well. Mostly revolves around Konkana Sen Sharma, she has done a fine job but series is a stretch. 6 episode with quick turnarounds would have made it interesting. All the actors have done a good job. To avoid simplicity of suspense, it has actually turned into a soup.

Even with above observations it kept me glued since I like dark comedy, suspense etc. We can relate it to Rajkummar Rao's Oh My darling which was also similar genre and better.

Do watch first few episodes to see if it is your cup of soup oops tea...

What an amazing movie and amazing performances by everyone. I write reviews only for movies that touch my heart and this one is bang on. Great acting by Varun, Janhvi, Manoj sir and entire cast. Comic timing of Varun's friend in movie was amazing. Sometimes felt it was little on the slow side but what messaging in the end and how they clubbed another era to send that message to audience. This should have been released in theaters. Please watch with whole family and at one go. Not much songs so that was a plus point, only relevant music was added. Nitish sir has given another magnificent movie to the audience.

Jo banana chahte the woh nahi ban paya.. jo bana woh dekhne jaisa nahi lag raha.. dimag ki seeti baj jayegi matlab full whistle blow of your brain if you watch this series.

Now seriously, screenplay sucks big time, story appears to be disconnected and in pieces. Sometimes subsequent frames don't have and logic.
