The Odd Life of Timothy Green
A good heartwarming family movie.I loved it.
The movie is about a couple who are trying their best to have a kid.Medical science and their efforts fail to help them or provide them with a kid they can call their own.Disappointed they pen down characteristics or qualities they would love to see in their kid and they bury the notes well placed inside a box in their garden.That night the heavens open up, the wind blows hard shaking every leaf in their garden, heavy rain and thunderstorm strike their home amid drought warning in the region.Mother nature conspires with the angels up above to surprise them by answering their call, their wish.
Awakened by Mother nature's call the couple find something strange moving inside their home, something with a soul has sprouted out of the place they buried the box with notes.To their surprise it is a boy...a young boy and Timothy is his name.Who is he? Where did he come from? Why is he special and different? What is his purpose? Will he fall in love too? Will he stay forever or Will he leave when his job is done? Will the couple ever get to be parents? Are they ready or qualified to be one? and What does the note concealed in the rediscovered box buried in the garden say?

It's Christmas, Carol! (2012)
A Christmas Carol
A very good family movie.I loved it.A good attempt by Hallmark to reignite the essence of A Christmas Carol.
The movie is about Carol who portrays our favourite Scrooge in the movie.Her deceased boss Eve is the person who tries to warn and save Carol from the fate that awaits her.She is visited by three ghosts(the ghost of Christmas Past, ghost of Christmas present and the ghost of Christmas future).As a twist to the original A Christmas Carol by Sir Charles Dickens her deceased boss Eve gets to play all three ghosts which turns out to be funny and interesting though i love the idea of three different ghosts as created by Sir Charles much more.
The essence of the story i believe is kept alive in the movie by the just and beautiful portrayal of the point that heartless acts tend to take our life to eternal poverty(loneliness) and nobody on Earth wishes for or desires for a lonely end.Carol realizes her mistakes, she is reminded about the girl she used to be, her priceless Mother, the things she believed in and most importantly the love of her life but will he give her a second chance ?.To find out please watch.

Diary of a Wimpy Kid : Summer Delight
A very good movie.I had a great time watching it.Very funny and thoughtful yet simple.
It's summer time and we see our favourite wimpy kid on an adventure to impress his middle school sweetheart, his only summer plan apart from playing video games all summer.His efforts to avoid spending quality time with his family members give the movie its twists and turns.
The movie is about having fun, learning from mistakes, learning to be responsible and supporting each other in tough times.What makes Diary of a Wimpy Kid special is, its simple yet thought provoking insightful narration.Hats off to the original creator Sir Jeff Kinney for providing us with such remarkable characters.Special thanks to the Director and the Screenplay Writer for a beautiful and apt adaptation of the same.
A good movie for both kids and adults.Please watch.

Brave : A Pixar Gemstone In Animation
A very good movie by Pixar Animation Studios and Walt Disney.I loved it.The movie is an audio visual delight.I gracefully request and recommend.
"Fate be changed, look inside, mend the bond, broken by pride".The movie is about a very different, courageous and passionate Princess who is brave enough to follow her heart, her inner voice, brave enough to create her own destiny, her own fate.
Its also about a girl(the Princess) and a loving caring mother(the Queen).Its a heartwarming adventure that will help them rediscover each other, care for each other, listen to each other, understand each other and mend broken bonds between them not only for the love they have for each other but also to save the entire Kingdom from falling apart, to mend old bonds broken by pride, to free them from a curse and to keep them all united.
The movie is different and special for its plot, its charm, its profound theme and immaculate characters.The soundtrack and great work on the little details bring life to the movie.A movie that will stay with us for a very long time ever charming, ever glowing.
Love at the Thanksgiving Day Parade (2012)
Sweet And Adorable Love Story
A very good love story.I loved it.
A very sweet romantic love story by Hallmark.The movie is about a sweet, lively and passionate girl who is also the operations manager for the Thanksgiving Day parade she admires and values a lot.Her life seems to be just perfect, on track, ready and waiting to be proposed by her boyfriend who is a marine biologist.
But fate has something else in store for her: someone who will love her for who she is, someone she deserves to be with, to save her from the marine biologist who is crazy about whales and knows nothing about the girl who appreciates him so much.
The stiff, not at all perfect guy comes in as the person who may well cancel the parade if he sees no profit in the whole thing and fate starts playing from there on.The two very different souls(one lively-one stiff)are forced to work together and eventually end up discovering each other.The guy discovers the essence of the parade and the girl slowly begins to discover her true mate but what about the marine biologist she is suppose to marry? who will get to be the Santa in the parade? who will she finally kiss?.Only fate will help her make the right decision and provide answers to all the above questions. Give it a try my friend the movie will not disappoint you.

Amazing movie.I loved it.Funny and interesting.
All of us have a past, a past full of both happy and sad moments.All of us have regrets in the form of mistakes we committed in the past, acts or deeds that led us to misery and pain.The movie is about the determination and the desire to go back in time to make things right, to relive those moments of joy and happiness and to experience the warmth, the love that existed back then once again.
A wish to travel back in time and an unbelievable adventure to discover true love, a partner for a remarkable journey through time.Ultimately to go back in time for the right one, the true partner.
The Secrets of Jonathan Sperry (2008)
The Way To Heaven
I loved it.A heart warming family movie. The journey of a man to a place we call heaven,the ultimate destiny of our soul.Dear friend the road to heaven is not at all easy,its full of pain and sacrifices but if you sail through on this journey with the hope and belief that God will pick you up when you fall,He will turn your pain into joy.He will be there to open the gates of heaven for you.
The movie teaches us about all the good things each one of us can do.In the movie you see the words inscribed in the Bible in action.Forgiveness is the key to happiness.Mr Sperry you did the best you could,inspiring young souls,guiding them and teaching them the way to heaven on your way to heaven.
Please give it a try it will not disappoint you.
Wide Awake (1998)
a spiritual journey
I loved it.A good family movie.A 10 year old boy's search for God only to make sure if his grandpa is fine and happy in heaven.The movie is divided into three parts:
a)the questions : is God real? is He watching? can we talk to Him?.
b)the signs : a search for His presence,His footsteps.
c)the answers : the unique ways in which God listens to and answers the questions,the prayers of a young boy.
A journey,an adventure in search of the Creator worth taking.Always remember pain and doubt are part of everybody's life.They are there for a reason,to teach us something very important.I wish the one who will ignite a biological reaction in me gives me a flower too someday.I love it when he says " i think i am having a biological reaction ".
I Am... Gabriel (2012)
The Gift Of Hope
i loved it.A good family movie.Dear friend if you are on the verge of loosing hope or if you no longer believe in the presence of God please i sincerely request you to watch 'i am Gabriel'.The reason i recommend this movie to you is because it was Hope that kept me alive on a starless night.Hope is one important element of life,without hope life ceases.It is in pain we realize the importance of God and his Grace and the movie does justice in establishing that view. Although the movie plot is predictable, give it a try.It will not disappoint you.It will help rekindle that lost hope in your heart.The movie ended with tears flowing down my cheeks.i will always be glad that my first review was for a movie named 'i am Gabriel'.I hope the reviews and the rating will get better too.
