I watched this gem of a comedy in 2024. Movie with soul' and innocence which can be watched with whole family. I can't comprehend how this movie was not the blockbuster of that year. Such a great movie...casting... dialogues ... storytelling...comic timing.. everything is top class!! I can understand why the ratings are 6.5, though. What you can expect from the reviewers giving 10.0 for Kalki like movies.

Anyways I was impressed with the makers of TKHL and wanted to congratulate them. Despite plenty of bad acting on part of newbies, the makers have managed to entertain the audience throughout and made us laugh through situations, which is really really commendable in this era of cringe comedy. It was surprisingly good and a break from run of the mill Hindi comedies of the recent past. Should have gotten more popularity. We Indians should choose better when it comes to quality of cinema as far as family entertainers with soul' are concerned. Kudos to the Makers of TKHL.

I started the film with not much expectations. But The film is too good. A laugh riot intricately woven with a message that is obvious to many but too careless to follow, which this movie easily highlights and causes to think but with a smile. Given quality of today's Hindi movies...a ten out of ten.

Fresh as morning breeze between barrage of thrillers and crime shows on OTT platforms. Show has captured the soul of lower middle class life in small towns with a touch of nostalgia mixed brilliantly. Not a single frame is there which doesn't make you smile. Casting of mother and elder son duo has been superb and hats off to both the actors to elevate the roles to amazing level. It must not be an easy task creating such real life images on screen. Every character is likable enough to watch both seasons in one go!! Incredible stuff. Praiseworthy work from tvf after panchayat, again. Watch it to feel it!!
