So i gotta say, i was hooked from the beginning. Really intrigued by the "world" and how the rules applied to it, etc. But what the actual hell is wrong with these people? How many times does someone have to tell them to NOT do something only for them to do just the mere seconds later? Why was it so hard for anyone to, i don't know, use their brains? It was so infuriating to watch people make stupid mistakes that lead to others' deaths. I remember thinking (in the beginning) oh im leaving a great rating with this one.... and then, stupidity would strike over and over. To the point where i just gave up na laughed at how stupid it became.

High points for creativity in the plot/story/world building but jfc were the characters freaking morons.

Wow was this bad. It's like they read the book, saw what was so great about it... and decided to not use any of it. Where the source material is full of twists and mystery this movie is just laughable. From the opening scene alone I couldn't take it seriously. And what a shame, because it has such good cast. But the story's all over the place and the editing is incredibly cringy. I just hope it gets remade by someone who actually respects and loves the book it's based on because the story there is amazing and it would make for a great film. This, however, was very disappointing.

This was such a waste of my time. Not only that but it was literally a Halloween 2018 ripoff. And that ending was laughable. I wanted to gouge my eyes out... such a disappointment.
