I really had very high hopes when I read the main idea of this movie but the screenplay, cast, acting all failed miserably. A real opportunity missed.

I usually don't watch this kind of movies anymore - if you check my ratings or watch list; you'll see they are either classics, independents, award winners or more artistic films mostly from Europe.

Since my wife loves Egypt history, I got this one to just watch movie for making fun and probably not watching until the end.

The first minutes of the movie seemed as I expected, especially the American characters and accent was kind of disturbing and hard to blend in the movie. After a while, we got pulled in the movie somehow and enjoyed watching it except some cliché love dialogues here and there.

It's got what it takes for a movie, good acting, coherent scenario, no surprises with a good guys win ending.

I am sure action lovers will definitely love this movie and others would enjoy it. Recommended.
