It is an highly entertaining drama that has kept everyone in Pakistan in its charm for almost 17 years now. Best thing about the writer/director Shoaib Mansoor was that he wrote very realistic and humorous script and despite the fact most of the actors were actual soldiers, you don't pay attention to their acting as script was extremely captivating. And at no point do you think that he is trying to put his own words into the actors' mouths.

It's not just the script and story that is interesting; direction was superb too. Some of the scenes shot in Bosnia and Siachen left strong messages without much being said. There have been many other dramas produced by Pakistan Army after Alpha Bravo Charlie but none even came close to ABC. Main reason? Shoaib Mansoor missing!
