I put this film in the same category as Tucker and Dale Vs Evil. Comedy movies are hard enough to make as it is, but making comedy horror flick of this magnitude with their budget and pulling it off as they did is nothing short of spectacular. I just saw this movie on Netflix alone, by myself, in my cold/dilapidated/ water-damaged basement and was laughing from beginning to end. How could you not? Two slacker brothers barely keeping their deceased mother's apartment building running by cutting every corner they possibly could and then on top of that a hungry mole-man that is eating the tenant's pets...?!? WHAT DO WE DO!? Screw this! Let's go to the bar, do some whiskey shots, then go watch this movie! Although I watched it alone, this flick would be much much better with drinks and friends. I give this 10 outa 10 super spades... ;)
