Every once in awhile a film comes along that just gets so deep inside you, it's hard to shake it. Initially I was a little put off by all the drama stuff, and I didn't think i was going to like the film but it just kept on pulling and pulling, and I kept getting more and more absorbed into the story. This film had some great characters, and this storywas so deep, and so profound, and so moving on so many different levels. The writing was brilliant, as was the outstanding directing. The performances, what can one say? Colman Domingo is a generational talent.

This movie really came from very very deep inside the heart, and it was a glorious production.

If you like to read comic books and if you like Marvel junk, you will probably like this series. I couldn't watch it as it was too much like a comic book and there was no degree of any sort of connection to reality.

I loved the original movie with Keanu Reeves and this was not even 5% the caliber that that movie was. They tried cramming so much stuff into the pilot episode it bordered on stupidity.

This was just pure amusement park nonsense, and it was made for the 15 and under crowd, or the people who love Marvel type garbage. It's just not me, I could barely get through the first episode. Yikes.
