Geomsaekeoreul Ibryeokhaseyo: WWW (2019)
Great tech oriented drama!
This is no Start-up, with cliched directing, story, love line. This was the epitome of tech/office focused drama that I have seen compared to past and future dramas like My Holo Love, Alhambra etc. Everything about it was tastefully executed to the highest degree. Perfect example is the advertising, very blatant that Maserati was a sponsor but the fact that I didn't have to watch awkward scenes that take away from the story as in eating pizza or sandwiches everyday and awkward acting when trying to talk and show the product within the story. The casting was excellent. Really disappointed that I didn't watch this sooner on other service but definitely a watch.
Kate (2021)
Great action movie with a bit of heart.
First off great soundtrack for the film especially the various genres of Jpop. The backdrop of Japan was well done that I missed being there in Osaka/Tokyo. The whole story I enjoyed but some of the lines could've been better. The ACTION scenes were very good that I believed what I was seeing compared to a similar movie Gunpowder Milkshake where some actions was interesting but overall the scenes felt forced and pulled you out of its believability. MEW was well casted WH could've been a lil better and MPW had some of the traits needed for the role I feel as if maybe there could've been someone else more perfectly suited for it. Then again the movie overall still pulled me into its world and I throughly enjoyed it.
Gyeolhonjaksa ihonjakgok (2021)
Technical difficulties...
Update when this is done. Awkward scene cuts and inserts... whole bunch of foreshadowing, lil bit of "reply" series like masking of characters. Some realistic scenarios to keep me interested long enough to see this through. But don't know if it'll be worth it in the end...
Edit: after the end of 1st season, still a hot mess... I can't tell if this is suppose to normalize adultery, also the progression of the story line was like it was suppose to go to another season... Why is there going to be a major twist? But I'm a lil bit curious so there is something there, in between the shoddy editing and rough placement of dramatic music. I can definitely say it's not a must watch. we'll see if I go in for the second season but as others have said i can totally understand why they didn't finish this one.

Gumihodyeon (2020)
maybe i'm missing something
Everything is to much that I can't connect with it...
Cha In-pyo (2021)
Disappointing
Other shows and movies have done better at executing this concept... the main vehicle for his self analysis is to wild that I kind of was hoping for the bad outcome to happen, then it would make it bit more entertaining. I think it was smart that the wife only lent her voice to this project. It did have some funny moments but the how it got to that situation then takes me out it.
The 2nd (2020)
One of the worst movies I've ever seen.
Wow! Acting, directing, cinematography, writing, casting, special effects, accents, action sequences, lines, characters, music all of it just bad. It's been a long time since I actively wanted two main characters the daughter and son to just die. The amount of stupid mistakes they make and still allowed to survive. Best thing that I could like about this movie is the color balance but even then it's not like it was done well. I was watching it while I was gaming even then it burned through my concentration to reveal the pile of ashes it is.
Seuwiteuhom (2020)
Not perfect! But a good WATCH.
There is a lot to like though, acting is mostly on point, where it wasn't was scenes where a character was lil over the top in complaining. Story is very intriguing and I would definitely like to see where it goes after season 1. CGI hit and miss some of it was so realistic then at other times or different part of the CGI effect it would seem like stop motion style and or janky animations. But good enough to propel the story.
Park Na-rae: Glamour Warning (2019)
Solid stand up
I'm already a fan of her comedic ways. Nice to see honest, funny stand up that changes the way I think about Korean stand up. Especially after watching Yoo Byung Jae's and was sadlly disappointed with his standup special where It felt more like a lecture.
Son: The Guest (2018)
It's the Director
I usually don't review till I watch the complete product but I can't with this director... everything is obvious but it's played as if not. Director shots of scary scenes seems to be the main focus of this compared to telling a story. I couldn't even finish his other drama black.
Kol (2020)
Huge leaps in imagination.
It started off good then just spiraled into a convoluted mess that seem to emphasize serial killing/CGI over story/logic. Great acting/cinematography, but again like what was the point of this movie. Double twist ending, being nice will get you and your family murdered, shamanism is real...
Choi-kang Bae-dal-ggun (2017)
To Wild for me!!
The actors and the crew did good job which I felt was reflected. Where it fell short was in the story at times it felt flimsy and execution was to the extremes. I felt it for the ML especially in the beginning with his excessive righteousness. Especially with the 2nd ML Kim Sunho, Go Kyungpyo char was so mad at him for closing the street. But then later on they do the same thing and it's ok. Then in the scenes with businesses fighting it out, every move done by one party devastates the other where it knocks me out of the story and makes me think about economics instead. The stand out was Chae Soobin and her acting. Very expressive eyes. Overall it's worth a watch just not one of the best.
Utopia (2020)
Terrible
The conflicts are so foolish and not believable. The violence, lines, and story is so arbitrary. Couple of believable actors but most are either hampered or just bad. I have never watched a show where they give you all the answers and still be as confused as I am about the motivation of characters. Feels as if the writing is done by a bedroom writer, who has never left their room before.
Chocolate (2019)
Chocolate? wrong title
From where it stands there are other titles that would make sense. Crying, Obvious (story and in advertising), Frustration (Is this from the '90). Acting is good with what they are working with. OST is better than good, Director and casting also done well. I think that's about it... best thing for me was the OST!
Chungchungirok (2020)
Eh bleh
So far no punch, acting is ok, location shoots during this global pandemic is weird. At this point I'm 50/50 on this drama. Need to update when this finishes...
The Boys (2019)
One of the best shows of 2019
Great show, beautiful cgi, excellent cinematography, awesome characters on that last point hughie does irritate me a little. Action, Dark Comedy, Romance.
With all the money spent on every aspect of the production of this show why was the Polaroid picture used in season 2 ep 2 look so fake. Like I can tell it was an image on top of card stock cut into the shape of a Polaroid. Just feels weird and glaring.
Was It Love (2020)
Skip it!
I don't understand how people who work in the industry making a drama about the industry, write so unbelievable scenarios throughout the whole story. Casting of like half the characters was wrong, the actress who plays Mong Ji-Hyo's daughter Was good and I would like her to succeed in other productions, but they way the character is portrayed is badly written. I grew up in a single parent home and I can't relate to her. I can't see myself rewatching this or recommending it
Dinner Mate (2020)
Disappointed
This drama failed for me, not for the acting and characters but the writing and directing. Seo Ji-Hye coming off her great work in Crash Landing On You felt like she couldn't really show her skills in this piece. Plot seems to be just thrown together.
Naui ajusshi (2018)
As good as it can get!
This is one of the best KDramas.
Can find no flaws.
If you haven't watched it yet, you don't know what your missing.
Maybe better off without this life experience... ignorance is bliss
