Dads (2013)
Dads... More like Duds!
You take two nearly 40-something year-old men-Who acts like kids, and their two dads-who just moved in to live with them. Sounds strange, Huh? Well, this gets more complex because this show has 2 really fine-looking ladies who also lives with them(Vanessa Lachey & Brenda Song). But they're here for the support.
Now here's the story; Seth Green(Chris from "Family Guy") plays a guy who runs an architect firm, and his dad played by Martin Mull; And Giovanni Ribisi ("Ted") plays a businessman whose father happens to be played by Peter Reigert.
Anyway... The show comes from Seth McFarlane, and apparently he needs to stick with making prime-time cartoons. "Dads" is going nowhere but down to the ground.
The Three Stooges (2012)
Wooo woo woo woo.... Nyuk Nyuk Nyuk Nyuk....
Great Movie, Worst stars. As a longtime Stooge fan, These actors couldn't even hold a candle to the original numb skulls-Moe, Larry, & Curley. This movie would have been a whole lot better if it was filmed in Black & White. But I think the movie also features a great supporting cast-Which features sexy bombshells Sofia Vergara(From "Modern Family")& Swimsuit model Kate Upton; Also, Jennifer Hudson, Larry David, & "Glee"'s Jane Lynch plays the nuns at The Boys' orphanage.
The movie was filmed in Atlanta-where I can see several buildings that stood out in the skyline. Including The Westin Peachtree Tower, The GP building, and The Wachovia Bank Plaza.
And finally there was a disclaimer from The actors who played The Farrelys as they point out that all of the props used the film are not real; They're made out of rubber. and the eye poke is just a poke on the forehead. Now if this was real, Kids might get hurt and they'll end up at a nearby hospital. Don't try this at home or you'll be sorry. For what the boys have done to this film. I felt pretty mixed about it.
The film a long valiant effort for The Farrelly Brothers, but after all of they went through, this was an epic fail. Nice going.
The Passion of the Christ (2004)
An Instant Motion-Picture Classic.
This movie tells a story about Jesus Christ, and his last days on Earth. Viewers be warned; This film contains graphic violence which plays throughout the entire movie, As we see Jesus being Humiliated, tortured, whipped, punished and beaten. Moviegoers have already seen Jesus as blood has been pour all over his body from all of the beatings.
We already know that Jesus has really endured all of his pains and sufferings for us, as we live ourselves through our Christian lives, And that's what we do every Sunday. I think this happens to be a movie that time and again has been moved and changed several people's lives as they become true Christians. After the film, Several people have really did accept Jesus, and got themselves saved and baptized.
Jim Caviezel have really did stood up to his bravery as his portrayal of Jesus have really stood for perhaps a long time. This movie is so pretty much enduring, but it really does carry a message.
Beavis and Butt-Head (1993)
21st century's answer to The Stooges.
That's right these boys are like The Three Stooges without their boss, Moe-to beat the crap out of them. These boys get into a lot of trouble, and gets hurt-like the stooges themselves. Beavis and Butthead works for Burger World; Their diet is mostly junk food with an appetite for nachos; And some of their nemesis includes Coach Buzzcut, Principal McVicker, and their own neighbor, Tom Anderson. It is perhaps one of Cable TV's greatest show ever... And it now gets better. So anyway, this happens to a great show that really knows about what's going on in the world of entertainment. And the boys usually lots of great reviews; Mostly on Videos that are shown on MTV, and its related shows.
Blunder Boys (1955)
Dum De Dumb Dum.... Dum De Dumb Dum Dump.....
"Blunder Boys" happens to be a parody of an old Crime Drama " Dragnet" Moe makes a good dead-pan narration of LAPD detective Joe Friday, as played by the Late Jack Webb. Webb was the driving force of Universal-Based Mark VII Limited Productions (The logo that featured the hammer and chisel, and #7 which is etched in stone-in roman numerals. Moe was Halliday, Larry was Tarraday, and Shemp played various characters that ends in day (St. Patrick's Day, Groundhog Day, New Year's Day, Christmas Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day). There were good detectives, but The Boys ended up on the streets-somebody HAS to do the dirty work around here. A great stooge short. See it in its entirety commercial-free, NOT on Spike. BTW: what's the 81-C? A double-eye poke in which Moe gave to BOTH Larry and Shemp. Don't Try This or ANY other pain-crunching methods at home.
South Beach (2006)
TV's Biggest Guilty Pleasure
Apparently this show has virtually a little bit of everything: It's "The OC", "The Sopranos", "Scarface", "Las Vegas" and "Desperate Housewives"-all mixed up in one show. The best part of it-It stars the Sexiest Woman Alive-Vanessa L. Williams. Vanessa plays Elizabeth, The den mother to Matt & Vince-The show's central characters. Elizabeth has her own child, Alex-from an interracial marriage.I think it's up to some tough competition-From "Idol" & "Lost". Thank heaven for TiVo, because This Show will become a major catastrophe when CBS and Warner Bros. will form a new TV network that will Replace the existing, yet soon to be departed UPN and The WB.
Deal or No Deal (2005)
Very Suspenseful Game Show
I think we got ourselves a big hit! Here is the scenario: 26 models-Each one is carrying a briefcase that has amounts of money-From $1 Million Dollars to a single penny. They are some risks each contestant has to face by picking one briefcase at a time, and after that, The Man upstairs give Howie a phone call, then after that Howie ask him/her a simple question: Deal... or No Deal? Somehow, these players will eventually become greedy pigs as the game progresses when each player calls out a briefcase number, it reveals an amount of money, then the amount goes off the board. It plays out just like The American Idol Result Show: Trying to find out what are the results. But when they reveal-They'll go to a break first. I think this also plays out like "Who wants to be a Millionaire"-but there are no hard questions before you win the money. I think this show will be on for a long time after one week.
