I remember when this movie came out - being a resident of the Dallas area, I remember the crash, too. When I first saw the movie and the credits stating - Angie Dickinson as Beth Mancini....I had to really laugh out loud. Angie is a petite blonde and I happen to know Beth Mancini, she's closer to Lanie Kazan than Angie Dickinson. Well, 15 years later Beth Mancini has come to work at the University of Texas at Arlington - and she's my boss. When anyone asks about her credentials as a nurse (she teaches nursing now) I feel compelled to refer them to the movie to see a real nurse in action. Of course, now everyone is really curious to see the movie. I simply must find it and buy it for our school library!
