This is 4 short films told in a a surreal and black mirror-ish way.
IU is great with her acting skills, which she has proven multiple times (specially with 'my mister' IMO)
The 4 films span out to roughly to 1 hour and 20 minutes. And are each directed in a different way as they are directed by different directors.
If you liked IU from "Moon Lovers" and other kdramas like "Dream high" you might not find the same charm.
Don't fret about the low ratings as the sample size is quite low (while I'm writing it)
Its a must watch if you like movies and series which are weird and sometimes create more questions than answers them.
Don't miss it

Perfect.
Honestly I don't think there's a show better than this. It's so real and moving. It's not designed in a way that there is a lot of tension and suspense or tragedy. Yet tragedy and suspense are deeply rooted in the show and it dismantles it slowly, piece by piece.
You get invested in characters. You constantly want to just give them a hug. You sometimes want them to just cry, cuz it's okay to cry. Amazing acting by the main 2 lead. Supporting cast where great too. But IU and Lee Sun-kyun really are great. Excellent way of understading that a lot of great acting comes from "reacting".
In essence it's a story of a middle aged man and a girl who find comfort in each other. And that's it. It's not a love story. It's just a story with a simple idea "everyone is capable of love"
And No it's not a sad series even though has a sad theme.
Also don't judge the theme of the show by its first episode (it's not bad, but it the depth of the characters come later)

The movie looks like it came straight out of the creators dream.
Beautiful shots,
Amazing sequences.
The songs in the movie need a special mention. As the soundtrack was used to uplift the scenes (as it should be) and these songs are still I listen to.
If you're a film buff and you get the load of references they put in the movie and the whole 70s to 90s bollywood (as well as some Hollywood terminator and Bruce Lee thrown in) vibe, you'll definitely love it.
This movie is not like any other Bollywood movie you have seen. So don't expect it like that.
Also action scenes are really well done. And I think most of it (if not all) is done by the actors themselves.
