I know I'm in the minority, but I enjoyed this film. Perhaps because I'm a huge fan of the series of books. Perhaps because I'm a huge fan of Eoin Colfer who wrote the book. Either way, I enjoyed it. Would have made a terrific t.v. series.

The rating here for this movie is criminally low. I rarely watch a movie under 6 star here but I'm glad I stuck with this movie. It looks a bit low budget at the start, but it gets better and better the longer the movie goes on. If you like time travel movies, you will love this. It's very clever and original.

I can't believe the high rating this movie has here.. It looks like it was heavily influenced by the far superior Wickerman movie. Not much really happens, and the near the end twist or climax was easy to guess. Avoid.
