An Indy, Post Apocalyptic yarn that was interesting & had good cinematography
reflecting the desolate social & physical landscape where Order has broken down & the prevailing Power determines all outcomes.
Acting was believable & refreshing.
Good storyline, sound was up to scratch & delivered entertainment that saw me watch to the end.
Try it, you might just like it.

Don't listen to the Haters
This is an entertaining, visually stunning film with some interesting characters.
Peter Jackson took on the difficult task of bringing this story to film, but he has done it justice.
Will quench viewers thirst for Steam Punk on Screen

Don't be put off of the negative reviews on this, as it is a bit of a gem in its own right & shows what can be done on a tight budget & a cast of unknowns.
I personally enjoyed the chaotic shaky filming during the 'cat and mouse scenes' that pitted the infected against the uninfected.
Yeah, sure there was a '28 Days Later' feel about the movie but I didn't find it boring at all.
So much so, I am quietly hoping there will be a sequel with the main character turning up on a beach '28 Weeks Later'
The Infected theme has well & truly been traversed many times but there's still room for an Infected movie with an innovative flair.
In summary: Good cinematography A good story was gleaned out of a cast of unknowns although the odd cast member was a little 'Wooden' in their gesticulations.
Rose above its obvious budgetary limitations.
So yeah, give it a try, if you're an 'Infected' fan this will satisfy your cravings.
