The first time I saw this movie I had no expectation. The opening scene bleq me away, grabbed my attention and it never let go. Oh how I wish this movie had sequels or a stand alone trilogy of its own. Unique world building, sorcerers, strange monsters and creatures, good story and likable characters.
I don't know why this movie flopped in cinema. Perhaps because the protagonist was a relatively unknown character. I must say that it's the other characters the elevate the film.
It's not your standard King Arthur story. And I like that. It's a different twist and it works.
I gove it a well deserved 9 out of 10.

Cobra Kai was a pleasent surprise. A guilty pleasure maybe, but the show is really entertaining and that is way more than I expected. I didn't really like the karate kid movies, but this show has way more in it.
Unfortunately as of season 4 it goes downhill. Severe phyisical injuries can heal in no time, people start to be friends with people who literally kicked you in the hospital. With everyone liking each other, all tension is lost. In season 5 the show tries to bring the tension back with a new common villain. But the show does too little with it.
And then there is season 6. My god. I have never seen such a bad fighting choreography, bad acting, slow and stupid and boring screenplay in my life. I felt my IQ decrease watching season 6, I couldn't bear watching it any longer so halfway episode 3 I decided to do something more useful with my time and started to watch how the grass outside in my front lawn is growing.
