It's a ridiculous concept. There are reasons Batman and Superman never appear in a movie together. They just don't belong together. But the movie try hard enough to justify the reasons for them to fight. And so it gets messy. Lex hates Superman cause he's an alien. Bruce Wayne hates him cause his employees were killed during the Superman-Zod battle. While Clark doesn't approve how Batman does his vigilante- ing. But these clearly aren't enough. And so Lex kidnaps Superman's mother to force Superman to fight the bat. And when they do fight, what makes them stop? Superman screams his mother's name, which happens to be Martha, which also happens to be Bruce's late mother's name. And so they join forces to fight Lex who by the way unleashes the monster, Doomsday upon the world. Earlier animosities quickly forgotten. At the same time Wonder Woman join the fray. We gets glimpses of the other members of the Justice League along the way. Lots of things to service, and so little time.(two hours and a half of it). Is it enjoyable? Yes. Is it the best comic book movie you'll ever see. Nope. But should you watch it? Definitely.

This is probably not the best review you can read. That's because I watched this abomination half way before deciding I have better things to do. (like wash my hair or something). The gangsters talk lot of bombast, and the action scenes are really stylish for a Malaysian made film. and that's it really. A lover of the Godfather films,Scorsese, and 80s Chow Yun Fatt films, I think I know my stuff. Whoever responsible for this embarrassment clearly do not. At least give the movie a proper narrative, and decent plot, then maybe you can earn some respect. Come on lah... we Malaysians deserve better. Or maybe we don't, judging from the praise about this film.
