The Outer Limits (1995)
Awesome Remake!
The original The Outer Limits was an incredible science fiction series. A lot of people compare it unfavorably to The Twilight Zone (and I mean the original Twilight Zone from the same era as this show, not the movie or remake series that are quite honestly very inferior to the original). But this show is in my opinion as good (or at least almost as good, so much so that it's practically equally) to Rod Serling's classic. Definitely check this show out, it's on DVD now. And this, the remake of The Outer Limits is also fantastic (not as good as the original but much better than say the remake of Twilight Zone). Check them both out if you like dark TV sci-fi. There's a lot of great actors you will certainly recognize and this is a great example of Canadian sci-fi at its best. Also check out the original movie The Cube (the sequels of that movie stink, skip them).

Brilliant! The Equal to Twilight Zone!

Veep (2012)
Just Not Very Funny
I'm sorry, I love the cast but this just is not a very funny show, which is a pretty big problem because it is supposed to be a comedy. The cast is incredible and I've loved them in other things, so it must be the writing or direction or some other unknown I can't put my finger on. The Thick of It was an amazing British show and this is not supposed to just be a remake of that but even though it's not an apples to apples comparison the creators could have made a much better show of Veep. I honestly don't get the hype and awards love for this show at all.
The Big Fat Stone (2014)
Baaaaaarf
This movie is the film equivalent of projectile vomiting all over your television screen. Frank D'Angelo (the guy who buys ad time to air his own "talk show" on late night Hamilton TV) is the writer, director, producer, star and the entire soundtrack is him singing songs, I'm sure he has a dozen more credits too..... catering? Location manager? Anyway he plays a homeless man who has absolutely nothing to live for but a heart of gold. Anyway one night a gigantic ruby falls presumably from the sky and lands right in his lap in the gutter. So now he's rich and can afford to help people because he's such a great guy. Unfortunately the guys who lost the gigantic ruby want it back and will hunt him down to get it. That's pretty much it. Predictable, terrible writing and even worse acting, and the soundtrack made my ears bleed. Avoid at all costs. He has other movies too but I obviously will not be watching any of them.
Meet the Family (2013)
Best Hidden Camera Show I've Seen
This is the funniest hidden camera show I've seen yet. The pranks in this show are hilarious I can't believe the stuff they do to these guys!
Summer Rush 2010 (2010)
Wicked Awesome
This was a wicked awesome TV special! So cool! The music was gnarly! Some of the guests were not so good tho!
How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying (1967)
Love It!
Robert Morse is incredible in this, absolutely electric, you can really see why he won the Tony Award for this (he performed the same role in a live run on Broadway). It's not the best musical ever but this is one of those times that the best version if probably the one they caught on film, I wish I could have seen Morse perform this live too!
Video on Trial (2005)
Loved It
This is the best show in the history of Much Music, period.
Schitt$ Creek (2015)
A Waste of O'Hara and Levy - Dan Levy Stinks
I love love LOVE Catherine O'Hara and Eugene Levy but this show is just garbage. Terrible writing and Levy's son are just garbage!
Storage Wars Canada (2013)
The Worst Storage Wars
This show was really just terrible. It's incredibly fake and unbelievable with annoying stars who are the worst actors, and the writing/stories are just awful.
Girls Will Be Girls (2005)
Worst Shows Ever Made
This is truly one of the worst shows ever made... I can't believe it was ever even put on television. It's just awful.
Batman Forever (1995)
S-T-U-P-I-D
Batman Forever was just terrible. The first two films by Tim Burton were great. I think it was a real mistake to start going so cartoonish. The series got even worse after this film (Batman and Robin was atrocious) but this film was really bad itself. A stupid story, dumb characters doing dumb things, hammy over acting, stupid direction, awful writing. This movie stinks.
Big Brother Canada (2013)
This Show Stinks
This show is just terrible. It's not funny or entertaining in any way, just awful people doing really boring stuff. It's awful.
Popcultured (2005)
Poop
This show was poop, poop, P-O-O-P POOP! It is like it crawled straight out of a toilet and onto our TVs.
Ghostbusters (2016)
Not Funny
The movie started with a lot of promise but the characters are all just very stupid/illogical and annoying. I don't care if they're women or men, they just annoyed me and this movie was not very well written. The male characters also were terrible actually, it's the first time I found Bill Murray completely unfunny. What a pointless movie this was.
Batman Returns (1992)
Batman Returns is Very Good
I know it may not be a popular opinion but I really enjoyed this film, almost as much as I loved the first Batman film. It is not very much like the new Christian Bale Batman films, which are much darker and more serious and awesome in their own way, but the first Batman film series started out awesome too, just in a more cartoonish-but-dark kind of way. Of course once Tim Burton left the series went off the rails and turned into complete garbage (Ah-nold as Dr. Freeze?) but this first one with Jack Nicholson's Joker was incredible, and the first sequel was also still very good. Michael Keaton was a great Batman too, and a better Bruce Wayne. Michelle Pfeiffer is also incredibly sexy as Catwoman, and Danny DeVito actually gives a pretty touching performance as The Penguin.
Batman (1989)
The Original is Awesome
It is not very much like the new Christian Bale Batman films, which are much darker and more serious and awesome in their own way, but the first Batman film series started out awesome too, just in a more cartoonish-but-dark kind of way. Of course once Tim Burton left the series went off the rails and turned into complete garbage (Ah-nold as Dr. Freeze?) but this first one with Jack Nicholson's Joker was incredible, and the first sequel was also still very good. The Hot Chick (2002)
not funny one bit
i hate rob Schneider.
i hate rob Schneider's movies.
rob Schneider is not funny - not ever - not even one little bit not even by accident.
rob Schneider's movies are not funny - not ever - not even one little bit not even funny in a "look how bad this movie is" kinda way.
rob Schneider should be banned from making movies. roger ebert knew he was the worst and roger ebert was a smart man and a very good and fair movie reviewer.
rob Schneider's movies should all be burned or at least locked up in a vault somewhere like fort Knox so that nobody will ever have to watch any of them again.
