"Cayenne" is really good. It's about a woman working by herself at a gas station at night. Nearby, there's a broken-down car. A man asks the woman for help to get that car running again. She agrees, but she's very suspicious of the man. Maybe she thinks he could be a killer or something. I'm definitely not gonna spoil the rest of the film.
The acting is believable and terrific. I cared about this woman and I don't blame her for feeling suspicious. The film makes you rather fearful. I was impressed with the cinematography, writing, and such. The ending is also good. I didn't know what the title meant until I looked it up. (Again, no spoilers.) This is an entertaining short film and I highly recommend watching it.

"Sleepy Steve" reminds me of the "Wallace & Gromit" films. Steve, the main character, wakes up in his house and gets ready to (presumably) go to work. When he gets out of bed, he stands on some kinda moving platform that takes him to his bathroom and there are these robotic arms that do things like shave him and brush his teeth. It's quite quirky and, again, reminds me of "Wallace & Gromit". I won't spoil the rest of "Sleepy Steve".
The film includes both animation and live action. There isn't much dialogue, which is fine. The film mostly looks very good, but the animation of Steve is flawed. It seems to be stop motion of a real actor and it made me feel a bit nauseous. Even when he's standing still, his body is moving too much. Again, I just felt a bit sick looking at the animation of him. I didn't like it very much. Aside from that, "Sleepy Steve" is kinda funny and I liked its simple story. The opening shot of Steve's house and a bird on a tree branch looks beautiful. The music and the editing are also good. The film succeeds at being quirky. Is it original? Well, I'm not sure, but it's largely entertaining and it's only a few minutes long. You may enjoy it more than I did.

"A White Horse" is not an uplifting film, but it doesn't have to be. It's about a young woman named Bridget, who escaped from a psychiatric hospital. She goes to a payphone and calls her mom. Naturally, her mom is worried about her. I'm not gonna spoil the rest of the film.
Bridget is played by Amber Deasy and her performance is excellent. I felt sorry for her character. I was impressed with all the acting. The writing, cinematography, and such are very good. The film looks gloomy, which is appropriate, and the story is kinda sad. The film apparently takes place in the '70s and I think it looks accurate. I really enjoyed "A White Horse" and I highly recommend it, as long as you're not in the mood for a film that makes you happy.
