Watched it for 20 minutes six months back and couldn't bring myself to watch it further, so closed it and rated it 5 because it was boring. Just now completed this movie and this is one of the best things I have watched since Oppenheimer. If you can bear the first 30 minutes, you will end up enjoying this movie like crazy. Brilliant stunts, crazy sets, comical at times and you get to see such great actors. Oh man only if I had watched this in theatre, It is a proper big screen flick, absolute fun watch. I don't know what went wrong with their marketing but they were unable to pull numbers for such a good movie. Highly recommended.

Ok ok adaptation with brilliant actors in the scene but I feel they should have done it with younger actors. Eye appeal was missing. I'm sure there are other good actors if not better. Not a fan of eye candy but any sherlock adaptation requires it because you are not going to make people surprise with guess work, your audience is a repeat audience who just want regular dose of Arthur Conan Doyle. That being said, this lacked the thrill, excitement which are significant ingredients to make SH adaptation. In SH universe this unfortunately ranks last and that is not because of acting but low efforts in vfx, make up, sets. Despite all that, go for it if you are a Sherlock fan.
