Whoever wrote the character for this movie basically ruined it. Catherine Bell is absolutely Unlikeable in this movie and it basically ruins the whole story line

Where was it shot?!

I believe that this was shot in Surrey - British Columbia some of the hospital outside scenes are at E division RCMP headquarters in Green Timbers and the ending where they are sitting on the stairs is the Surrey education boards offices at 140 and 92

The movie itself is generic and predictablerun-of-the-mill romance holiday movie the lead actresses hair is not great - her face in previous movies her skin has been really bad so it's cleared up here - the final outfit for the ball is atrocious and tacky

the prince on the other hand looks like he's had a lot of plastic surgery

Overall a very distracting movie
