Aoi haru (2001)
Good movie...just got a few disturbing parts.
I really enjoyed watching this film despite all those scenes that aren't every good to watch. You have to have a strong stomach to watch this film because there are some very disturbing scenes in this film. To me, I think its a movie about losers who can't forget about what they really want in life. The ending was good and every emotional. The film kind of reminds me of when I was in high school, choosing what I want to accomplish in life. Plus, the music went along so well with the movie, in fact I heard the songs played in the movie before I got my hands on the film.
Overall, 7/10...there were some scenes that I just didn't enjoy watching.
Shutter (2004)
Wicked ending!!
I saw this film at a birthday party...my cousin rented it and told us before hand that it was a very very good movie. I wasn't a big fan of horror back in the days but this film really changed me into a horror film fanatic! The story blew me away...especially the ending. I absolutely love how this film ends. Its not very scary after you've seen it like a hundred times (cause thats what I did) I think there's a few lessons in this film such as don't be a follower when you hang out with bad friends like Tun and don't be a bad person because it will come back and get you...karma.
Two years later, in Thailand, I bought the limited edition DVD with lots of extra features....I went to Thailand just to find Shutter.
10/10 for me one of my favorite horror movies next to The Sixth Sense.
