Shingeki no Bahamut: Genesis (2014)
Not sure how, but this anime slowly though gradually conquers your heart

Even if the characters are too aesthetically feminine (long eyelashes, very smooth faces and facial gestures). even when the clichés are a bit too overwhelming (more so if you have watched Lupin III's character/persona mixed with a 'Vision of Escaflowne' kind of World, the show gradually seduces you through sheer visual ecstasy, tear jerking reunions and heart-warming individuals with a common goal, or it's opposite.
