Such a nice breath of fresh air with the old conservative thoughts which is frustrating the women in the kitchen for such a long time. The story very well deals with the idea and shows us the day to day life of how our mothers and grandmothers have been treated. The acting performances were good and kept you engaged in the story. Music is a part which could have been worked upon and the ending seemed a bit rushed, could have played the ending well but apart from that, it was a really delicious dish. Recommended. Must watch for all the man-child out there. It will give you the picture of how Indian society works, and how it should stop doing that.
What a confusing and yet brilliant movie. The first 2 hours of the movie will confuse you so much, makes you think that what the hell are you watching but the real magic of Lynch's movie comes in the last 10 minutes when things unfold. The cinematography, sound engineering, background scores are so amazing for the movie of its time and some brilliant performances. No spoilers to give but it is not a 1 time watch, once you understand the movie, you will see the subtle hints which was given by movie all along. What a brilliant depiction of downfall of Hollywood in that era. Must watch. Recommended.
After a long time, a romantice series with genuinely good story, dialogues, and execution came out on Netflix. The show started with two sisters who are running a successful podcast on sex stories and adventures around it and on the other scene we have a Rabbi who just broke up with his girlfriend from long time.
The show gets interesting when one of the sister Joanne meets with Noah who is the Rabbi in a party. The story is all about how every gooey romantic relationship has to go with tough conversations, practical situations, and within those only, a relationship matures.
The show's well-crafted dialogue and engaging characters seamlessly intertwine with the main plot. The nostalgic use of familiar songs adds depth and resonance and gives you a sense of a feel-good movie which has been divided into a 10-episode series instead.
The show explores the idea that love is not always a fairytale, devoid of challenges or setbacks. It emphasizes that every relationship goes through various phases and must endure the test of time. Despite numerous difficulties and misunderstandings along the way, love often prevails.
The show also explores the importance of strong family and friend relationships and how your partner can seamlessly integrate into your social circle. It emphasizes the need for authenticity in these situations, advising against trying to impress others.
It is an amazing show which perfectly describes how love is not easy on some days, but still you would like to stand with it and stay with it. The ending is hopeful and makes you all the more eager for the next season. Hoping the sequel will keep our expectations intact.
