Yeah, to begin with, I loved the main theme! "Goodbye" by Apparat, quite touching along with the kaleidoscope intro(s)
Then, I was intrigued by the plot and the ideas behind Dark and, even if I basically never watch TV series of any kind especially if they last longer than a few episodes (i.e. They show an "arc")... I gave it a try.
And, well, in my opinion the negative sides are quite more than the good ones, and I find it hard to understand the 9+ rating on IMDB. I love that "german feeling", some philosophy, and acting which is good enough plus the settings and Sfx. But... inconsistencies and plot holes grew bigger and bigger as the story goes on!
Mainly: at first you're told that they exist 33 years cycles causing some sort of time travel/tunnel; then we learn it all began in 1986 with Chernobyl, it's ok; then we meet a gut with a time-travel machine; then we're introduced to a parallel universe. In the end there's even a 3rd universe!
WHY? I wonder... Tannhaus was building a time machine device, possibly via bootstrap paradox: ok, well then how is this related to Chernobyl, Winden nuclear facility and the 33years cycle?
What happened to the "chair", the non-working other time-travel device we see in the first episodes?
A pity. Looks like they just did not know how to make "sense" of the whole story... (quite common nowadays anyway), and the few concepts and catchy phrases spread around are not enough.

It's the 3rd instalment of "Non ci resta che il crimine" saga - some kind of Back to the future (and Loopers, and else) with a taste of Rome!
Featuring Nazis and some historical characters from the WW2, it plays it easy with the plot and various situations: at times it gets dumb (even if it tries, and manages, to stay "acceptable" making use of italian dialects, jokes and alike) but overall it's not too bad. A (large) bit of suspension of disbelief is needed, much more than in the first chapter... because now it looks like they have some kind of Temporal Agency working in the background.
Finale is of course left open for a possible 4th chapter.

Been a fan of the trio (Maccio Capatonda, Herbert Ballerina, Ivo Avido) for years, mostly for their TV and Radio sketches etc, and their good mix and relationship, together with a ton of funny crazy ideas has always been quite entertaining!
But, again, it's hard to tell "how good" they go in a full movie: same feelings as when watching Italiano medio... enjoyable ideas and especially the real hard satire against TV, "bad" TV shows and bad people habits, but at some point it all becomes "too much" and not so good for a movie.
Definitely appreciated, in Omicidio all'italiana, is the absolute mocking of "horror TV" i.e. Those pseudo-reality show which seem to enjoy homicides and other sad stories!
