Rules of Engagement (2000)
I noticed flawed legal defences
I just watched this movie headlined 2 of my favorite "A List" actors! But during the trial the defense didn't introduce any testimony from about a dozen helicopter pilots and personal to describe the "Real Battle Conditions" going on at time the Marines were inserted! I was a Nam ERA Marine and I was an airframes mechanic working on, Sikorsky CH-53 AND the AKA-Seahawk AND the CH-46 AKA Chinook (as featured in the film). So, not only was their helicopter flight personal, that was actually there. As well as there would be "detailed repair records" every single bullet holes everywhere On Each helicopter! And what about the radio chatter testimony between the aircraft and command?
The writers sould have paid more credit to the evidentiary value of those facts and records in the trial.
