"Silent Bite" is a very low budget vampire flick with engaging characters, enjoyable story (which I found) and the plot was some what funny as the film went on. The script was made for comedy sense since I laughed in some parts and the comedy most of the cast brought just made the film so much better. And who doesn't love a cheeky cheesy vampire flick?
Theses group of "guys" hiding out at a motel in Santa costumes from pulling a bank heist, but what they did not know was they got lured there by purpose to be fed to theses crazy ASS VAMPIRE WOMEN! Like it's so dumb and cheesy but it just worked along with the funny British comedy that Simon Phillips brought and same goes for Nick Biskupek since he also had some funny ass lines!
As for the characters, well there isn't much to talk about here since this film didn't show any backstory of them besides Blake's a little bit. I did love Simon Phillips and Nick Biskupek's characters since they carried most of the film for me! The other characters were alright since they did their parts well, just to me they were kind of meh compared to those 2 that I just said!
For a dumb, cheesy and pretty low budget of a film, the cast did a great job in bringing not only enjoyable performances but engaging and funny performances as well. Theses guys should try get into more higher budget films especially Simon Phillips and Nick Biskupek! Since theses 2 have talent and I think they'll do good!
Overall "Silent Bite" is a pretty chill and enjoyable low budget vampire flick. With engaging characters, cheesy/dumb story that is enjoyable and the cast brought a solid performance! Who doesn't love a cheesy low budget vampire flick?

We enter the Norfolk countrysides, the grim British weather, and we take a glimpse at West Tofts, 1941. Vera Tolman, a young schoolmistress (played by the wonderful Lucy Atkins) who notices strange behaviours in certain people. Her world turned upside as the English soldiers visit the village ordering residents to evacuate, causing major anxiety and disturbance for so many lives. Part fiction, part fact. Based on actual events. This short film calculates a decent 20 minute film, performed by good actors. Some aren't experienced but it doesn't distract you. A well made authentic drama with David Frost (great showreel) and Julie Carter.
Bloody Summer Camp is the third film, and the third slasher, from writer/director David Kerr (Curse of the Slasher Nurse, Return of the Slasher Nurse), so I think it may be fair to say he's a fan of the genre. And, he certainly gets the film off to a proper start as two councillors on their way to Camp Trustfall suffer vehicle issues and find out just how dangerous the woods are at night. Overall though, Bloody Summer Camp is a fun throwback to the blood and boob fueled slashers so many of us grew up with. Only this time we can see the gore in the movie rather than in photos of deleted shots in Fangoria, or when an unrated VHS finally gets released. David Kerr's upcoming film Go Away looks like a take on home invasion films that falls somewhere between Funny Games and House on the Edge of the Park. I'm curious to see what he does with that genre. I just hope he keeps the running time in check.
