How can you do rating by the percentage of people who give it above 70 percent. Using this method you end up with the (first thing which comes to mind) the black panther score I saw on there which was close to perfect when that movie is a 8/10 at best as well as having moments where a 6/10 movie or show gets a 0 to 3 when it is nowhere near as bad as that. The donuts at rotten tomatoes are overcomplicating the rating system for no reason apart from obviously taking money to bump up the rating of mediocre big budget superhero movies (looking at you "Shzam (1)" - that ain't a 9 its a 7 on a good day).
