More Things That Happened (2007)
Extremely Slow and Meaningless
More Things That Happened unfortunately falls short of expectations. The pacing is extremely slow, with scenes dragging on for extended periods before transitioning to the next. This sluggish pacing hampers the narrative flow and makes it challenging to stay engaged.
The movie's 7.0 rating on IMDb is perplexing, as it does not align with the overall experience of watching this film. It serves as a cautionary tale about the limitations of relying solely on ratings to gauge a movie's quality. It's essential to approach each film with an open mind and evaluate it based on personal preferences and tastes.
While lower-rated films can often provide an enjoyable and captivating viewing experience, More Things That Happened fails to deliver on entertainment value and leaves viewers questioning the criteria behind its rating.
In conclusion, More Things That Happened proved to be a disappointing and tedious watch, lacking the substance and engagement expected from a film.
Malum (2023)
Confusing and meaningless: Avoid at all costs
"Malum" serves as a cautionary tale of cinematic disappointment, a warning to carefully consider your movie choices. Initially hopeful for an engaging experience, I found myself quickly disillusioned as the plot unfolded. What began as a promising premise devolved into a confusing whirlwind of aimlessness, leaving me bewildered and disheartened.
The film lacked direction, wandering through its runtime without purpose or clarity. Instead of building suspense, it stumbled into comedic territory, leaving me questioning its intended genre. By the end, I was left feeling unsatisfied and frustrated, regretting the time spent watching it.
Unfortunately, "Malum" prioritizes pushing an agenda over coherent storytelling, a trend that's become all too common in contemporary filmmaking. Its failure to entertain reflects a broader issue where political correctness overshadows genuine artistic value.
In conclusion, "Malum" is a forgettable disappointment, lacking direction, coherence, and entertainment value. It's a regrettable investment of time that falls short of delivering meaningful storytelling. As viewers, we deserve better-a cinematic experience that captivates and entertains without sacrificing substance. "Malum" fails to meet these expectations, leaving behind a profound sense of disappointment.
Cellphone (2024)
A Slow, Confusing, and Disappointing Experience
This movie was incredibly slow-paced, to the point where I found myself nodding off and had to stand up to keep myself awake. It's surprising that it's labeled as Horror-Mystery because there was hardly anything scary or mysterious about it; instead, it felt more like a drama-documentary. The plot was uninteresting and didn't make much sense, and the ending was confusing, leaving me feeling like I wasted a good 90 minutes of my time. This is by far the worst movie I've ever seen. The acting was subpar, and the only emotion I felt while watching it was shame-for witnessing such a poorly made film and for the time I'll never get back. The secondary characters were so poorly written that they're not even worth mentioning. Overall, this movie was a complete waste of resources, time, and, well, just a waste. I strongly advise against watching it.

Can't Believe I Cried So Much
I must say that this movie took me by surprise. I didn't expect this movie to be that good.
This movie is based on true events, which took place during the mid '80s. Those were the times when many countries had racial and religious riots.
I wasn't aware of these bitter events that took place in India during the '80s, so it was so sad to see that the assassination of one human being, led people in attempting to take revenge and brutally ethnic cleanse one whole race from one particular country just because two members from their ethnic group happened to be the ones who assassinated their Prime Minister.
I think the cast did an excellent job and the movie was produced and directed perfectly, so this one deserves a perfect 10 stars from me as it's one of the best films I've seen in a very long time.
This is one film which is not to be missed and I would highly recommend it..
I recommend the dubbed in English version if Hindi/Urdu isn't your first language.
End of the Road (2022)
The End of Good Action Movies
Gone are the days when we used to watch unbiased, entertaining, enjoyable, real action-thriller movies. Nowadays it's all about politics.
Isn't it so obvious that the movies they create today are all with an agenda and to deceive and devide us? I mean c'mon, they have started to politicize drama, comedy, horror and even Action movies too.
In my opinion the movie did not have that 'wow factor' and I think most of the acting was just 'B' rated and I wouldn't call this an action movie...more like a drame-thriller.
The only acting which was acceptable was by Beau Bridges, but the rest of the cast was just meh.
Only watch this movie if you have no other option and nothing else to watch.
I onde dager (2021)
One of the Best Foreign Films I've Watched
The moment I saw the name 'Noomi Rapace', I thought I should give this one a try.
Apparently the decision to check this one out was a good one.
The first 10 to 15 minutes was a bit slow, but the dialogue and humor Kept me going and made me wanna watch more...once things started to happen, it was a roller-coaster all the way until the end.
A must watch if you're a Suspense/Horror movie fan.
See You Yesterday (2019)
Give me back my 90 minutes
A total waste of time and a meaningless movie with no proper ending.
I was actually expecting an adventurous entertaining movie, and only to find out that the directors only purpose was to push his/her political agenda.
No originality at all whatsoever...all they did was copying the blockbuster movie 'Back to the Future' and politicized and ruined what was once a movie everyone enjoyed in the 80's and 90's.
If only there was an option for 0 stars, I would have given it a Zero..
The Whole Truth (2021)
Better Than My Expectation.
After watching the Thai horror movie 'Shutter' many years ago and after watching the trailer, I thought I'll give this one a try.
To my surprise this movie didn't fail to satisfy me. From cast to script to suspense it excelled in every area..
After watching almost half the movie in the English dubbed version, I was so annoyed with English accents which did not match the Thai characters so decided to watch it with the original Thai audio and only English subtitles and to my surprise the movie suddenly turned out to be even more scarier and entertaining..
A must watch if you're a murder/horror fan.
Rashid & Rajab (2019)
Unexpected Satisfaction
Even though a similar script has been seen/done before, the director takes that and adds twists and turns and has delivered an exceptionally hilarious (one of a kind) comedy movie.
Overall the cast have done a great job and their characters are very much relatable and I never once fell asleep while watching this film.
Hoping to see more similar Emirati movies in the future.
Edge of Fear (2018)
So Much Negativity?
Why so much backlash? Is it because the actors are Chinese and some of the critiques can't stand Asians?
I mean c'mon, aren't many of the scenes in most of the box office Hollywood action movies abnormal and doesn't usually happen in real-life? So why is there so much negativity when it comes to this movie?
Obviously this movie does not deserve 8+ stars as it has a few flaws here and there (like most action movies do), but in my opinion it deserves at least 6+ stars considering, I never found the movie boring and never fell asleep even once and I found the acting and script pretty acceptable.
Blowback (2022)
B B B
From cast to acting to the story, it was B rated all the way.
We get to see a 2nd copy of Jason Statham, a 2nd copy of Paul Walker and Miami Vice cops (Don Johnson & Philip Michael Thomas) look alikes?
Quite frankly, I wish I had wasted my 90 minutes on doing something else?
Dear Evan Hansen (2021)
7 Stars if only there were lesser Songs
It came to a point where I asked my self if I'm watching a Hollywood movie or a Bollywood movie?
As much as I wanted to enjoy the movie and give it at least 7 stars, man this musical turned into a music concert and what would have been over within 90 minutes went on for 2 hours and 20 minutes.
By the way, I just have one question? Why were the white kids the only kids who were bullying Evan when he was on stage and were the only kids that were taking pictures of him and recording him?
Oh, I get it now!
Fractured (2019)
I Want More
Which version should I accept? The happy ending or the sad ending, that's exactly what was going on in my mind at the end of the movie..
A sense of mixed feelings at the end of the movie. As much as I enjoyed the suspense and the thrill there was also a feeling of wanting more.
One of Sam Worthington's best performances 👏
Choose or Die (2022)
I'm Confused
I'm confused. All the people in the movie with British accents but using US$ and the movie is based in New York state, USA.. LOL
Whats so wrong if the director just made the move to be based in the UK?
Honest Thief (2020)
1 1/2 hours of my time put to good use
Liam Neeson as always never fails to deliver.. This was one of Liam's best.
Hotel Mumbai (2018)
Well directed and good performance
I had heard of such events which took place in India and never got the chance to read about it or got a chance to see any documentaries of the events of this incident.
This movie was well directed and a very good performance by Dev Patel and Anupam Kher..
Very suspenseful, full of action and keeps you on the edge of your seat and there were many moments where it brought tears into my eyes.
Overall really worth the watch and I'd give it 7 Stars🌟
Brahms: The Boy II (2020)
Nothing like part one
This movie sadly has no originality.. It's like they have copied the same or similar story from another movie.. I have to say it was very much predictable.
By the way part 2, does not seem to have any continuation from part one.
In part one when the doll was broken, it was simply a ceramic doll and was hollow inside, whereas in part two, the doll was possessed by an evil ghost and was able to move around and when the doll was broken, there was a skull and flesh inside the doll.
I can only give it 4* for no originality and for not keeping the same continuation from part 1.
Infamous (2020)
Twisted, Fantasy World Youngsters, Go get a Job
This movie sadly confuses clueless yougsters the difference between reality and the fantassy world.
I guess that is why we see so much crime nowadays.
Most youngsters want everything the easy way. They want to get rich but they don't want to be dedicated and earn it the natural way. They want everything the easy and the crooked way.
They don't care who they hurt on the way as long as they get what they want.
The sad reality of majority of the younger generation.
*Did anyone notice, at the end when Arielle was about to be caught by the police she was holding a brand new iPhone 7/8 in her hand before her last blog, and the moment she let go of the phone and when it hit the ground it was an old, damaged iPhone 6. LoL 😆
The Lodge (2019)
What a load of Rubbish
Never in my life I have fallen asleep more than 5 times while watching a movie.
This movie was so slow and boring from start to end and at the end there was so much disappointment.
If you want my honest opinion, don't waste your precious time on garbage.
Overcomer (2019)
When One Door Closes, GOD Opens Another
1. This movie teaches us that, when one door closes in your life, God will open another, so ever give up and don't ever say it's over.
2. Many times when things may seem humanly impossible, but with GOD, all things are possible.
Mine Games (2012)
Twisted and Confusing but in a Good Way
The Mine plays games with your mind...LoL
I wasn't expecting much at first due to the poor user ratings but mainly thought I'll give it a go as I was so impressed with the beautiful scenery.
The movie takes quite a while to make sense, but in the end I was satisfied with the meaningful ending cos all they had to do was for somebody or anybody to brake the cycle.
Overall, original and great story and really worth the watch if you're into high school or college horror/mystery movies.
Get Over It (2001)
Lots of Singing & Dancing like a Hindi Movie but I really Loved it
It was so nice to see many famous actors performing in one movie.
At first, I really couldn't recognize half of the actors, especially Sisqó, Mila Kunis and Zoe Saldana. They looked so youg and different...and man, Ben Foster used to look so different 19 years ago.
Overall really good romantic comedy and worth the watch.
I highly recommend if you're a music lover and into poetry and Shakespeare.
The Least of These: The Graham Staines Story (2019)
Love, Compassion, Forgiveness & Kindness
This has of late been the reason for hatred in Sri Lanka, Burma, India, Pakistan, and many other countries.
Sadly people who don't know the true genuineness and content of a Christians heart misjudge and falsely accuse them as forcibly or converting with bribery.
They failed to understand that the reason why most of the people converted is because they witnessed ' Love', 'Compassion', 'Forgiveness' and 'Kindness' which can only come from the love of Jesus.
Over the past few months, there were quite a few cases where Buddhist monks in Sri Lanka attacked and/or falsely accused Christian priests and missionaries of forcibly or spreading Christianity by bribery, as they thought that that would be the only way they can prevent the spread.
This movie brings awareness to the world that in many countries, minority religions are being targeted and attacked by a small percentage of their majority.
I believe awareness and making movies of true events as such will educate us all humans to be more loving, compassionate, forgiving, and kind to all races regardless of our ethnicity, color, or religion.
Sitter Cam (2014)
Entertaining with a Twist
I did not expect much as the actors were not that known to me.
But I must say that the movie turned out to be suspenseful, entertaining and very much satisfying.
Two thumbs up to the cast and director 👍👍
ATM (2012)
If only I had known that the movie had an unfinished ending
0 stars for no plot.. The only reason I gave even 3 stars is because the actors performed well. Other than that no plot and no story whatsoever.
If only I had known that the movie had an unfinished ending, I wouldn't have wasted my time.
The director finished the movie without a proper ending leaving us all guessing why a man would plan to torture 3 people with no motive.
Very disappointing.
