I first left a review of this heap of regurgitated trash when it was first released. I met the minimum character requirements with my review, and told the truth in detail, yet some control-freak mod felt that my review wasn't "genuine" enough, and felt the need to remove it at the time, even though I spoke sincerely how this movie is not only void of all creative thought, but that it's simply another modern product of a company gone rogue for the sake of money, and who know by what other nefarious means.
Disney, is dead. In more ways than one. My biggest and foremost complaint, is that how can you have a Mulan movie, WITHOUT MUSHU?!?!??? As a former employee of Disney, having helping open two The Disney Stores, WHILE being the MC for both, I am DISGUSTED with the products they are releasing now.
The magic is gone. Do you still buy into it?

Castlevania: Nocturne is a special little treat. It's such a phenomenal animated show, so visual and action-packed. Horror fan? You'll love it. Fan of the game series? You'll love it. Fan of animated shows with adult content? You'll love it. Fan of tv? You'll love it. Fan of animated choreographic fight scenes? You'll love it. Fan of animation in general? You'll love it. Fan of vampire, monster, and any other kind of dark lore? You'll love it.
It's a spin-off from the original Castlevania animated series, and it's almost as good. The original series, in my humble opinion, is one of the best animated series ever made. This one is just half a step below it. Amazing action scenes, engaging characters that you either really bond with or hate (and STILL somehow get attached to), well-timed humor, gorgeous animation that looks like an anime but you have to remember it's American made so it's technically not Anime but it is a blast to the 90's past for those of us who grew up on 90's animation, I mean this show's got it all.
Watch the original first before this one, trust me. You don't wanna start with this one. Otherwise certain moments will have a reduced emotional effect.

I just realized I have never written a review about one of my favorite horror/comedy cheese-fests that came out of the 1980's.
What a fantastic movie. It's funny, doesn't take itself seriously, and is fun for the whole family. No not really, but if you love cheese, and 80's sci-fi zombie-esc horror, and you love decent but somewhat laughable acting, and you appreciate good horror cinema that is widely popular amongst the horror communities across the wild domain of the internet, then this is the film for YOU my friend.
The blabbering drunkard in the beginning is by far my favorite character.
