If this is the kind of movie that pleases Bollywood fans and makes them say this is the best this year then it shows how low the standard is.
Vicky and other seasoned actors have done a good job but Sara does not evoke any feelings when they show she has lost all hope. When a character feels low, at least the emotion should reach one's heart. She fails to do it once again.
Wonder why Bollywood can't find decent actors to give lead roles to. And this has nothing to do with the stupid nepo debate. She has to go to some acting classes or at least watch old Hindi movies to learn how to emote.
The background music treats the audience as a kid who has to be told when a certain scene is funny or sad.

Jasoos Vijay, sounds like another detective serial and that too on DD. But this time around there is BBC as a co-producer which helps in making this program world class. the story line is wonderful, really keeps U guessing who the criminal is, even gets 'U' a chance to participate and become a winner and the winner gets a chance to act with 'Mr. Om Puri'. Thats not all, along with crimes and murders the team of Jasoos Vijay, his wife and 2 colleagues successfully try to make people aware of Hiv/Aids, dowry problem etc. It is not at all preachy and the viewer doesn't even realise that he/she has not only come a step further in becoming a sleuth but also learnt how to live with people affected with Aids. Regular viewers are eagerly waiting to know whether Jeet successfully proposes Parvati or not. Even if U missed out previous episodes U will still be able to grasp the meaning.
