What an awesome, family friendly, visual treat!! I love a feel good movie and this one brought me back to my own childhood tea parties with my IF! Warmed my heart and made me believe again. After all what good is Hollywood magic if it isn't actually magical?! Ryan Reynolds is perfect for the roll he plays! Great casting for sure!!! Cailey Fleming wowed me for years as Judith in TWD and she has wowed me again. She brings the full gamut of emotions. She brought tears to my eyes and a smile to my lips. John Krasinski does it again. During Covid he brought us feel good news and today he brings us a much needed feel good movie. The world needs more entertainment like this. Is it a tad corny? Yes it is; but it's the kind of corny that puts a big smile on your face, leaves you wanting more and gives you hope for humanity. I think we all need an IF in our lives.
I love the nuances that each new Doctor brings to the show. I do have favorites but have loved them all. That said, I love Ncuti's energy so much. Not just the Doctor Who energy, but HIS energy! I am so invigorated at the end of each episode because you can see how much of himself he puts into it. His smile touches my heart and I just want to go around hugging people, telling them to watch this show if they want their day to be brighter. Of course the writers are amazing but a great actor is required to bring a character as charismatic and complex as The Doctor to fruition! Ncuit's got this hands down! I hope he keeps playing this part for a very long time. The world needs a Doctor Who like this one.
