Pool Party Massacre (2017)
Not your target audience, with that said...
As an Independent filmmaker, I thought the lighting, sound, cinematography and sound mix was well. I rated down because I was too fawn of the performances, story, or script. I am not your typical person who enjoys this genre. I watched it because for the resources they had, I was curious on how it looked overall. I didn't like it and I most won't watch it again but I did recommend it to people I know that love this kind of material, and they loved it! I would watch this director's material again to see how he feeds his niche audience. Overall, well done.
On the Corner of Ego and Desire (2019)
Inspiring and eye opening
I found the film to be inspirational, being a filmmaker myself for the amount of resources they had to complete the film. Beautiful shots of Park City make up for the shaking camera on the stairs scene, but I get how he wanted us to feel for the characters in that scene. Also a most likely view of new filmmakers may feel when they first come to Sundance! Well done!
This Is Meg (2017)
Funny moments
I really enjoyed the film's cinematography and cast. I am a huge fan of Alex Ferrari, so I may be biased, but I thought for the resources they had for the flick, it was inspirational and entertaining.
