Professor Dan is tasked with reevaluating his former high school student "Nathan", years after flunking science class. Nathan desperately tries to impress Professor Dan through a series of outrageous and potentially dangerous scientific experiments designed to prove to his former high school professor that he can in fact "make the grade".
