Welcome to Immaculate Conception School!

“Catholic education is above all a question of communicating Christ,
of helping to form Christ in the lives of others…” -St John Paul II

May is certainly a busy month here at ICS. We begin the month with the crowning of our blessed Mother, and we end the month with the last day of school! In between those two days, many exciting things happen: several School Masses, School Adoration, Kindergarten screening, Washington, D.C. trip, Spring Program, Fun Day, end-of-year field trips, and Graduation. While we are busy preparing for the end of the school year, we are also already planning for the 2026-2027 school year. As of May 1, we have 91 families registered for next year (which includes 12 new families!). This is definitely an exciting time to be at Immaculate Conception School!

Our movement towards Universal School Choice in Ohio, the EdChoice Program, is something that will not be going away; this was signed into law in 2023. ALL OHIO FAMILIES are eligible for the state’s EdChoice Scholarship Program (for grades kindergarten through twelve). Scholarship amounts are income-based.

Please share this information with anyone you know who has ever considered attending Immaculate Conception School. I have said this repeatedly--money should never be a consideration when choosing a school for your child. This is especially the case now, as all families who apply are eligible for tuition scholarships! This is a fairly simple process, with some of it having to be entered by the principal, and the rest done online by the parents.
This is a very exciting time for all of us! Please let me know if you have any questions at all.

Immaculate Mary, pray for us!
