Account Management

If you forgot your password, click sign in on the top right-hand corner of the screen and select "Forgot Password" on the sign-in modal. Enter your registered email address, and we will send you instructions to reset your password. If you are having trouble, please contact support in the form above.

Billing and Payments

To cancel your membership, please turn off “auto-renew” found in the “Library” Tab of your account. Please note that cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. If you have any questions, please contact our support team above.

Refunds are generally not available for canceled memberships. However, if you believe you have a special circumstance, please contact our support team for assistance.

Content and Features

Your membership grants you access to exclusive content, including articles, videos, podcasts, and special sections like The Vault. The exact content available will depend on your membership plan and can be reviewed on our subscription page.

Memberships are individual and cannot be shared. Sharing your account details violates our terms of service and can result in account suspension. While we don’t have group subscriptions at this time, please contact our support by filling in the information above if there is interest.

Once you are logged in to your account, members-only content will be accessible automatically on the website and is based on the plan you’ve chosen.
